Overall, it's been a great computer. The only issue is that the right shift key is not in the right place so it makes capitalizing difficult.

I don't really use the computer for what it's supposed to I guess but dang it's fast. You honestly get what you pay for! Fanstastic unit highly recommend. Lower value laptops are nice for the price but like I said you get what you pay for. Easily would take this over a lower grade laptop

Purchased this laptop for my daughter who's in college. She loves it and has no complaints.

I needed something to bring to the job site and hook up to my printer. This computer is easy enough to use for me and I am generally technically challenged.

Love the ease of use for this computer. Occasionally have to turn it off to restart in order for sound to work hence the 4 stars. But overall a great computer.

Wonderful deal at BestBuy on this laptop for my nephew. It has enough processor and power to do,his schoolwork as well as entertain hi with games or a movie

Love it! Best Laptop I've ever had! This is my second Lenovo laptop and I am sold! I almost bought the Dell XPS 15 and glad it wasn't in stock. This is hands down the best laptop for the price. I use it to run my business and store all my family pictures. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I had to call to get the speakers to work again after an update. But Lenovo support installed the hardware with no problems, and it does run a little loud. Other then that, it's a 5 star computer! My inlaws got one based on my referral and they love theirs too.

For one, our salesman was the best!!! It was obvious Naweed knows his stuff and was nothing short of amazing!! The laptop works great, runs quite fast however I utilize adobe photoshop allot and for some reason it shrinks the contents of the page so small I cannot read it and cannot make it zoom. It seems as though every other time I click anything Web based my webroot kicks me out....VERY frustrating! It will not open a pdf file even though I have full Microsoft Office and the full Adobe suite. I don't have allot of time to visit geek squad so I just deal with it

I've had my new computer for over a month and it works great. It's a very fast computer with a bright clear screen and as for the shift key placement, you get used to moving your pinkie over a little farther for touch typing. Also, it's a great value for the price.

My last pc was a lenovo and it lasted my whole college career until the last week. I needed a pc for term papers. Bought this one because of all of the features. Its great and fast. Love the touch screen, the ability to turn it into a laptop and the 4k screen.

This is actually a very nice laptop and I'm pretty particular. Make sure you notice that the right shift key is in a different place than you've ever clicked. I decided this was the best choice for me even with that issue. I remapped the shift key to the proper spot and it works even though the size of the button isn't as wide as a typical shift key which wouldn't allow a little room for pinkie targeting. I will also say that I was hesitant about customer support but I have had no issues. Use the call me back feature and they will rather quickly.

Brought this to do a conference presentation within a few days after buying it. Has flexibility and comfort of a tablet, yet the processing speed of a high end laptop. The Intel i7 processor is fantastic! And at the open box discount, made it more affordable.

Great speeds long lasting battery I do wish the sound was a little bit better but other than that I couldn't ask for more in a laptop

I bought this for my son to use for his first semester of college and we are both very pleased with this laptop. I started using the Lenovo brand for work and liked the X1 Carbon so much I thought I would buy him a Lenovo as well. I ran across this one and for all the specs it seemed like the best deal out there. Great keyboard, really nice screen and graphics and he loves the Yoga features for using it as a tablet. The 15 inch screen is a bit much for me but it is perfect for him. I would say that this laptop was worth the money and will serve him for years to come. I was tempted to get one for myself but ended up getting an X1 Yoga as a personal laptop. Love it! Huge fan of the Lenovo brand!

The screen is really clear, and using the fingerprint scanner for password, is effortless!! The right shift key is sized/located in a position with the up arrow, which confuses other people the first time the use it, but I've gotten well adjusted to it.

It seems to be a little slow on start-up. We love the touch screen and the fingerprint security feature. Over all we rate it a 4.5 out of 5.

Good value for the specs. Gorgeous screen. Fan quite annoying despite Lenovo's updates.

You sacrifices some sleekness to have the discrete graphics card, more ram, and higher resolution display at this price point, but I found it to be well worth it. I returned a Yoga 910 to get this laptop instead and I have no regrets.

Editing file names and having to click the fn key for f2 to work is a pain and miss having the number keys to the right
