    My 7 year old laptop (bought previously from Best Buy) was starting to have problems so I got a new one. Geek Squad loaded necessary information plus moved data from old to new. I'm still learning how to find and use things on my new laptop but I like it very much.

    This laptop is okay for the price. However, the keyboard is cheap and bends. Also, does not always respond to typing with certain keys.

    I only needed a computer for minimal use but I was pleasantly surprised to find that, for the price I paid, it has exceeded my expectations. It's fast to start up, doesn't come with a ton of bloatware, and although windows 10 is taking some getting used to, it does everything I need and more.

    I had to spend time on the phone with Geek Squad to get the computer set up. Then, I had to bring it to the store because it wouldn't turn on. As I said, it's a nice computer when it works correctly.
