I never like to buy anything that isn't brand new sealed in it's box but I couldn't pass up the deal I got. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I still have the same warranty as a regular purchase. Best buy staff explained everything to me about the warranty and the open box deal. It's a great computer I love it. It's great for slot games. Thank you Best Buy
