Harddrive went out fast and Best Buy no help
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only had the new computer for a month, and the hard drive goes out, and because I didn't get the Best Buy warranty, they can't do nothing to help me but tell me I have to call the computer manufacture brand, so basically I'm "sol". Lots of headache, so I just putted out more money to replace the old one.

DOA Hard Drive Woes

Returned to store, no problems. Second one started up just great, but first time the Microsoft update ran, Monitor started flashing all colors and now computer just freezes on startup. Probably just a bad batch, but not thrilled with Lenovo at this time.
