With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

I was expecting it to outshine and out perform my last computer (6 year old HP Pavilion) and I wish my HP still functioned. The multi-tasking is glitchy, the boot speed is incredibly slow, lots of bloat-ware, and holy s**t is the synaptic track pad god awful. Every now and again the mouse pointer just starts doing its own thing. Try to move to the pointer and the screen enlarges, shrinks, programs close, cortana pops up...it's ridiculous. At first I thought someone had hacked into my computer but after getting on some discussion boards I have found the synaptic track pad issue to be relatively common. Most people are forced to disable the track pad and use a mouse. Would have returned this thing but I'm lazy.

Posted .The only adware on this device is a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office 365 and McAfee Anti-virus software. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

I wanted something to check e-mails, locations, shop on line etc. It does it all and more. Very happy with it. Would suggest it to anyone. In fact I'm thinking when I replace my desk tops at home, this would be the one I would replace it with.
