It works fine for my basic usage. Had to remove some pre-installed junk. it's not lightening fast but it works fine. I agree with some reviews that said that the battery doesn't last long. But it does charge fast so I will not hold it against it. Overall good laptop.

He'd never used a laptop, but with a wireless mouse was able to adapt quickly. He enjoys the speed and has plenty of memory for the photos he saves. Great laptop

Bought this one as I needed a built in DVD R/W drive for loading dvds. Great memory and hard drive sizes. I don’t do a lot of heavy usage on the laptop but needed it to run office products. Only problem is I have to get used to Windows 10.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

I loved my old Lenovo I previuosly had. Cons: It has an extremely short battery life too. I purposely ended up not storing very much on it to see if that would help the slowness. It did not. So the double starage doesn't really matter now. I have repeatedly used the optimizer on my anti-virus protection purchase also. The graphics are rather blurry even though I set it at the recommendation. I loved my old Lenovo, that's why I bought another one. On the good side, Pros: it has lots of memory, very affordable price.

I'm retired now but still wanted a lot of storage and Word on a laptop rather than just using my iPad. My associate talked with me about various laptops in my preferred price range and helped me decide on the best one for me. He had the Geek Squad load Office 365 and an antivirus on the computer before I picked it up. So far it's working fine and I'm really happy with it!

Just perfect for me
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the design, keyboard feel and the overall features, the only thing is that I struggled with, was the first time I tried to use the USB connectors, They both were like not perfectly aligned on the inside or something but I had to use an extra force to get the cable plugged and then unplugged. Screen is OK, nothing outstanding, but the speed of the computer is good enough for my needs. Computer was on sale so it was a really good deal.

Great price for a 2nd laptop

Been searching for a while for a home replacement laptop to manage our iTunes library and to be used for the occasional web search when one of our iPads just don’t fit the bill. The harddrive size and amount of ram with the CD drive sold me on this one. So far this baby has been great, easy setup and moved all our files from the old laptop with no problems. If we get another 7 years out of this one as we did our last one it was money well spent. Please not this is not a powerhouse laptop, but so far a great entry level laptop to fit the needs we have at home.
