Quick battery charge, nice size, sensitive touch

Appreciate the screen and keyboard size. Recharges quickly which is good since it gives you 4 hours (although sometimes it seems to need recharging more often--but not an issue). The touchpad seems to be very sensitive--lost my original review--and as someone noted, it appears to take a heavy touch to execute some actions. Afraid of damaging it but I guess I will adjust to the difference between this and my other laptops. But this can be frustrating when you are in the middle of working. I have had it about a month and the touchpad has led me to want to return it but too much work on it. I took away 1 star but I did not give it a poor rating because the issue may be mine.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 330-15 laptop. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
Great laptop for the price.

But the specs, was what made me decide on this. I've had the laptop for a few days and I have to say I'm glad that I bought this. My only complaint is, I was told by the salesman that I would have 6 months of anti-virus software on the computer but when I got home there was no anti-virus program on my laptop. But I was offered an upgrade for the anti-virus for $20 for a year. So if I would've paid the other $20 I would've had the anti-virus program. Get it together Best Buy. I would've given 5 stars if I had anti-virus for my laptop.

There is a 30-day trial of McAfee anti virus software installed on the device. This is different than the 6-month's free that Best Buy gave you. We recommend you contact your local Best Buy location and talk to the Geek Squad about your 6-month's free anti virus software.

I've been mostly building my own computers since before the first PC came out in 1981. It's been rare that I even bought a ready made device. This time was different and I couldn't be happier. For the $ spent it would have been totally impossible to build and certainly would not have been as sleek as this Lenovo. What a computer!

She isn't playing hardcore games, she plays simple games like Minecraft and Spacechem. The Ryzen processor is plenty for these games. This PC does a really good job for the price. If you want to play the latest games, this isn't the laptop for you. If you just want a laptop that will play simple games decently, this laptop does a great job.

Good considering the price

Light weight and easy start up

Went don’t use our laptop often so we didn’t have a long list of must haves. So what we do use and need it for which is surfing web, essay writing, and filling out applications etc. this laptop definitely meets our expectations. This set up was very easy and the laptop itself was very light weight. I would not recommend this for someone that is trying to play games.

As usual, I went to Best Buy, appointment with Geek Squad for help in finding a similar laptop. No fuss, no muss, they helped me with the purchase, took info from old laptop, put it on new laptop and I was good to go. Price was excellent, and the service better than that.
