Great Everyday Laptop

But upon my initial start up this laptop not only had a very easy start up and set up, but also gave verbal cues. It is a great laptop. I love it and highly recommend this laptop.

The one downside of this laptop is the size as I had to buy a new backpack that was big enough to carry it. Other than that, it is fast and has plenty of storage for all my documents.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

Be sure there are no unwanted programs running in the background, draining the battery. Here is a link to some tips for finding out what is draining your battery:

For the price I highly recommend it for the performance. For travel, we went with something way smaller (& way more expensive!)

This unit is 3 times as fast as her old laptop and twice the ram and speed. This is not used for heavy computing so it does the job very well for her needs. This is a good laptop for average use. I like Lenovo products as they are of excellent quality.

Great Laptop

The processor doesn't lag and the lower power hard drive is the only thing slowing this laptop down. The hard drive isn't super slow with this processor, but I'm used to much quicker solid state drives.The screen isn't blurring anything, and the games we play on it (POGO,Facebook) work and load quite nicely, great colors. Battery will last us about 2-3 hours, but I don't have any settings scaled back to make it last longer. I like to keep it plugged in when possible. The wife and I really like this laptop. The larger screen makes it easier on our eyes.

Great Laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im a tech guy and used to repair computers for a living size I'm pretty knowledgeable. I bought this laptop brand new, and I cant see why it has any negative reviews. It has good weight, NO problems with google chrome or any of the stock programs or programs I've installed. I've used about 35% of storage and experience no noticable slowdown. The only time I've noticed a slowdown are 2 instances. You have 1 or more startup programs loading when window starts. And noticable slowness during a windows update which is expected until it completes and your laptop restarts. This laptop still takes 6-7 seconds to start and exactly 3 to shut off. I use this for work and play. Great for price, would buy again if I had to.
