So far I couldn't be happier with my new chrome book it works great and didn't know it was a touch screen when I ordered it so that was a cool surprise, and you can't beat the price for what you get. And the young sales lady was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed out of my chrome book.

I bought this computer to help my son accomplish his virtual school work. The downside is how zoom works on the computer but it works.. otherwise it is a great device for school or to catch up on some emails or YouTube! He jumped on and away he went. He’s had no trouble figuring everything out and accessing all he needs for school with little help.

Works okay OTB. Miss having a mouse. Good for Zoom, but only nine windows max in grid. No sound when started yesterday, followed suggestions and finally did a reset which fixed it. Screen and sound satisfactory now, fair value for the money. Pickup from store with only minor inconvenience, store employees seemed to know what they were doing.

This thing will stay charged forever has a great speaker for the price range this has to be one of the best Chromebooks when I do my work on this it always leads me to my last page when I turned off the Chromebook great value

Lenovo Chromebook - book this for my young niece who absolutely loves it! Bough laptop during Black Friday sales and I was amazed by the prize. Functionality and multi-purpose use for this Chromebook Laptop and a great value for it's price! No complains, wish I would have gotten another one for myself!

Bought this for my daughter who is in third grade, and it works great. The touch screen makes a huge difference in how she interfaces with the chromebook vs the Samsung she had before. Plays games like Roblox without issue too when she is not in school.

For the most part, it's a decent Chromebook given the specs and price point. If all you are doing is basic web browsing and working Google Office apps, it does the job fine. There is a bit of slow down when watching 1080p 60fps Youtube videos especially if you're watching with the chat on. Overall it's fine for a casual user.

Chrome books are used by our local schools for students if they ever have to use computers in class or send them home for homework. So we bought one for our child and she uses it for school as well as other projects and she loves it.

I really like this computer. It practically takes care of itself. I recommend it highly. And it's very practical for my use. I'm very glad to chose this one.

I got this chromebook for my 4 year old daughter's remote learning. It is inexpensive and does everything that we need. It took a little time to get use to since this is my 1st chromebook. But it is similar to a tablet and andriod phone. So it is not too bad. Overall, it is a good chromebook. I would recommend it.

Since streaming concerts are going to be the new norm for a while, I needed to replace a lagging laptop that wasn't doing the job. I started using my daughter's Lenovo chromebook and it worked great, so I decided to get my own. So far this chromebook is doing exactly what I need it to do

I love this chromebook. I bought it for zoom app. At first I tried to download the app from Play Store and it was not available. I was so disappointed that I wanted to return. Then I consulted the Bestbuy expert who guided me to install the app via Chrome web store. It works very well. Thanks to Bestbuy.
