I knew from the beginning that I would purchase my new laptop from Best Buy, because, no kidding, the company is the best! I love that I'm able to pay over time, and I was very happy that the very-popular Geek Squad could transfer my old laptop info to my new one. After a few trial-and-error starts (due to lack of experience), I am now able to use my laptop with confidence and the Geek Squad phone number.

I'll be direct - We were told this was a great computer when we purchased it from Best Buy. Since our purchase, we have had nothing but issues. To boot, when I sought help from the GEEK SQUAD for one of the issues mentioned below, the gentleman in front of me had the same laptop and told me that the person in front of him did, too. His feedback was similar to mine. Please read the issues I encountered in order of their appearance: 1) Mousepad continued to have issues - zoom capability on it would activate and screw up scrolling and page size 2) Continued watchdog errors that force shut downs. Frequency has ranged from 1x per week to 4x / start-up. 3) Multiple account creation. Had to return it to Best Buy for the Geek Squad to fix 4) USB drives not detected when plugged in. I do not recommend anyone purchasing this equipment. I would return, but the return period had expired when we began to experience issues. Despite my efforts, my negotiation skills were not that persuasive.

The laptop is great, the service not so much. At least my daughter was there to help me with the purchase!

Love this computer but have noticed discoloration on screen. Will be bringing back to exchange.

I had thinkpad t500 with Windows 8.1. Very happy till it broke after 7 years. Now have new Edge with 10... Not so happy. Don't know where all my web pages are, frequent internet connection drops. Not intuitive for normal human. No cd/ DVD player.

Good laptop for the price. Cat5 port broke right away, but that was probably user error.

This laptop has been perfect. My previous laptop (an 15inch asus) was stolen from my home. So i decided to go with this laptop. It runs great, the HD picture quality is amazing, the processor is fast and i have not had single problem. The charging port is sturdy, unlike some that break easily and the tablet mode is pretty cool.

Touch screen is still taking some getting used to, but overall easy to use.

Good value for an i5 but I will be putting more RAM in as soon as possible.

This computer has been a problem since the second week. It does not turn on properly. Sometimes the arrow keys so not work. It often shuts down because of a DPC watchdog violation. I have had the Geek Squad work on it and it continues to have problems. It disconnects from the Internet when every other device in our house is connected and working properly. I sincerely regret not returning it before the 14 day return time expired. I would not buy this computer again.

Upgraded to this and start up time is slow. Over all it's decent but for the money there is better out there.

Iam impressed with this unit The lighted keyboard is a nice feature It has good battery life and seems fast enough for my use. The only bad thing is it does not have a DVD drive

So easy to use and get started on after using a Dell vista for all these years. Extra added features like "Ask me anything" and receiving answers like Suri on I phones.

As a nonprofit we need machines that are strong, durable and still have all the current features. We only buy Lenovo after some bad experiences with of the most popular brands.

The Lenovo edge touchscreen is great. Its a lot more computer than I need, but overall I like it.

Great Laptop its easy to use and is 2 in 1. It has really good hard drive and memory to save all your pictures,movies , documents and music!
