this is the type of computer we had for a number of years and so we bought the same one this time. it is really good.

I of them both had 2 of these and had exactly the same problem with the geek squad tried to tell me it was my fault with the first one .Then I had the same problem and all I did was start the next one and had the same problem.

This 2 in 1 does not flip to flat, it only goes back 135*. I wanted a 2 in 1 that I could use as a tablet or laptop. The salesperson at Best Buy told me it did, but it didn't. I asked for two Lenovo Edge 2's and he grabbed one & then this one, so it wasn't even what I asked for.

Laptop runs well, packed with amenities. Would highly recommend this model to anyone in college or business.

Got this one after an old one died. Using for college works fine smooth interface. Windows 10 is quirky.

I have had trouble with both the first compt i purchased and the replacement. Both had the keyboard stop working. The second one is being repaired, l hoe, right now. Not sure ibargained for all this. I hope Beat Buy makes it right.

I took this back and exchanged it for a different brand. It kept dropping my internet connection while I was working, and it would just randomly decide that it needed to restart.

I have had this computer 2 months now and have had to take it in 6 times for problems. Best Buy kept it 2 of those times. 2 of the times it had problems the Geeks had never seen before and managed to get it worked out but had no idea what of all the stuff they tried worked. I will never buy another Lenovo computer again...if I could return this one I would. I was lead to believe that this was sooooo much better than my last computer...it is slower and at times I have to restart it several times before it will allow me to do anything.
