The new one did the same exact thing as the old one. After I returned the second one, I was told that Windows 10 is not compatible with i5. So I got a totally different brand with i7.

Had to go to Best Buy to help fix that. (BestBuy gave free Trend Micro starting same day as McAfee), kinda silly I think. When on Wifi it sometimes drops out, and sometimes have to restart for it to work! Very frustrating!!!

Nice looking but very slow

I was so happy when we opened it but very very slow to even boot up so we could use it. I was a little disappointed at the speed of this product. I'm not sure if it was just a bad laptop or what. Returned it the next day
