I have a Lenovo tablet and love it so when we decided to upgrade the laptop, we decided to go with Lenovo again. Touchscreen works well, plug is sturdier than our last HP.

I purchased his computer, this laptop, for my daughter who is 18 years of age and going to San Luis Obispo college. She's majoring in environmental science and needed this new laptop. She loves it and everything about it

Out of the box I had problems with boot up. Spoke with Lenovo, they logged into the system and changed the screen resolution, limiting the value of the screen resolution, and said wait for an update. Went and downloaded the latest driver myself and resolved the problem.

I love this new computer because I can use it ithout a mouse and by touching the screen. I also love the size of the screen. I can see what I am working on easier.

This laptop is great! I got it as a bit of a steal due to being open box and the previous years model. It wasn't a display though so it was barely even touched. Runs super smooth and I'm glad I upgraded my laptop.

The only thing that I wish Lenovo did was to use that mouse button they used to have. This one has lots of power and I am sure it will do the best for me.

I absolutely love this computer! It is perfect for our office setting and being able to take it in the field too. I love using it just as a tablet as well! Lenovos have proven to be our computer of choice!

It has one issue, so far. It doesn't like to be closedone without at least putting it to sleep. Not used to that, so it needs to go through a process to reboot on occasion.

So for anyone wondering, this computer is able to support a gopro and it's studio app (the main reason I purchased this model) but with that being said, for some reason this computer won't sync with my OneDrive or my gmail like it is supposed to (I am not sure why) the start up time is on the slow side, and the Internet load speed for some reason isn't what you would expect from an expensive laptop like this (I have a hardwired connection right to my fios Internet) but with that being said, it does have a good graphics card. Would I buy this model again? Probably not. But overall it is a solid laptop.

Brought this one as I was starting couple of programming courses and had to install whole bunch of automation tools, and plug-ins. Working great!!

This laptop is very fast and can handle everything without breaking a sweat. The touch screen is very responsive and the screen itself is very clear regardless of the embedded digitizer.

i HAVE HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH WINDOWS TEN ON MY NEW COMPUTER THAT HAS RESULTED IN NUMEROUS CALLS FROM ME TO MICROSOFT. THERE APPEARS TO BE SOME PROBLEM WITH CONNECTIVITY BETWEEN MY NEW LAPTOP AND MY FiOS (VERIZON) WIRELESS ROUTER. WE HAVE FiOS TRIPLE PLAY IN OUR HOME (TELEPHONE, INTERNET, AND TELEVISION) 50% OF THE TIME I LOG ON IT TAKES AT LEAST 15 MINUTES FOR ME TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. OTHERWISE THE COMPUTER WORKS FINE. MY PARTNER (JAMES FERGUSON) WHO HAS A SAMSUNG LAPTOP HE ALSO BOUGHT FROM BEST BUY IN 2014, CAN CONNECT TO THE INTERNET IN SECONDS. MARK LORING

We moved my son down to L.A. for college and purchased this laptop. He absolutely loves it! Touch screen features, updated software, storage for days... is a wonderful product.

The laptop works better than a desk top. It has very good speed and great graphics. Could very easily replace a desk top.

This is my third Lenovo (how dumb am I?) and none of them will hold an internet connection. So frustrating to be working (or playing) and lose the connection. They SAY the problem was recognized and fixed - but it has not been. This is my newest system and although the drops are not as frequent (20 -30 times a day) as the older one, it is still unacceptable. This will be my last Lenovo purchase.

Good price, fast processor and a solid build on this machine. It just "feels" like a quality computer.

Fast, easy and light. Lots of mem. for storing pictures and working on them with the proper program.

Got a good deal on this. The processor was one or two levels up from all of the other machines in the price range that I was considering.

I needed a laptop for casual gaming, WOW and Tanks... For the price point, this laptop is fast and the graphics are better than expected

Works fine, although it's the 5th one in 3 years. Let's hope this one lasted. I will say a Best Buy made it right so far,
