I don't recommend ANY Lenovo product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After hours and hours working with Epson, Geek Squad, Lenovo and others, no one has yet to be able to get this Lenovo Edge 15 I purchased with Windows 10 to get the system to recognize my network printer when I have the Comcast provided Norton's Security Suite installed. I have been using computers for over 25 years. All with Microsoft operating systems. I have never, ever had trouble getting any Norton's suite or anti-virus software working satisfactorily on any system. Only on this Lenovo. And what does Lenovo want? They want me to PAY THEM over $100 to contact their "software Department" in order to allow them to investigate whatever it is they have wrong set up in this system. That's right. A computer I had trouble with from day one. After 5 months of trying top get this system working properly with my preferred Internet Security Suite, I am stuck with using an inferior Geek Squad software I really do NOT like. I do not recommend ANY Lenovo product now. Forget them. There are other manufacturers' products out there that you should get stuck with anything having a Lenovo logo on it.

Too good to be true
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited to get this laptop! I had read a few reviews concerning connectivity issues but I figured that they must have gotten faulty laptops. All of my roommates have Lenovo and love them and the specs are great so I thought I'd give it a shot. It took 30 minutes to load on the first start. Then it took another 30 minutes or so to load minesweeper...I later tried watching a longer video off of youtube and it would load for 2 minutes, play a 1 minute clip, and then disconnect from the internet. I have tried several connections, I have had tech friends mess with it, (though nothing to void the warranty) and ultimately decided that a new laptop should not be so much hassle. I was expecting Best Buy to put up a fight in returning it but they took it back, no questions asked and for that I am grateful. TLDR: Don't do it.

Slow freezing synsitive not good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this computer because I wanted newer faster computer. Thats not what I got. I returned the computer in the first week as it was slow and got stuck on a blue screen -wouldnt even turn off and geek squad couldnt get it to work. Replaced the computer with the same model as I thought it was just a fluke. But replacement is also slow and mouse control is way too synsitive. Very frustrated with this computer. First and Last Lenovo. Had it 3 months- Wish I had returned it

Great Laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took a while to get used to the touch screen but now it works great. Love that you can flip it so that the keyboard faces the table as we use an external keyboard and mouse. This mean that the built-in keyboard isn't in the way when we aren't using it.

Poor quality, keyboard hard to use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to send back to Lenova for repair within the first 3 months of ownership (motherboard replacement). Geeksquad of no help with warranty issues. Keyboard, especially built in mouse difficult to use. Runs slower (may be Windows) when I am running same queries on my Dell Latitude at same time. Have owned and used this model over 9 months

Cracked LCD in 1 week - $650 to repair
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Within a week of purchase, the LCD screen cracked. The customer service number quoted me $650 to replace (a little less than what we paid for it). When I asked to speak to a manager, they hung up on me. We were on the fence about getting this or an another Apple MacBook. Back to the Apple store for us.

DISAPPOINTING!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had problems with this laptop from the start. It's so disappointing that this was one of my first big purchases as a young student. I've had to deal with its problems from not recognizing my network printers, bluetooth issues, wifi disconnecting, not to mention how SLOW it has been from the very beginning. I am not a gamer and primarily have pictures and documents on this laptop... there should have especially been no reason for this laptop to operate so slowly especially at the start of its life.
