Ended up returning it due to screen shutting down. After many window 10 updates the screen would go black. No one at Lenovo had an answer. We looked at reviews and found others had the same issue. Lenovo took 2 days to get back to us and them stated just take it back. We returned it and purchased a HP and have no issues.

This is a good machine for the price. It's not super light, but it's big with a nice size screen. It's not clear how to wake up the machine when it's been asleep overnight. It holds its charge pretty well so far. I use it for finances, internet, watching videos, checking email and occasionally for working from home. Video graphics are decent. It's relatively quick.

This is for my wife who use it for school but we switch it for the 14" model which is much better for her

Touch screen works great. Sounds is pretty nice for a laptop too.

I haven't gotten a windows based laptop for some time, but I can see they have gone very far in development. This laptop is a beast, no matter what I throw at it, never seems to slow it down. Also, the battery life is amazing, never have to worry about it dying after a few minutes.

This laptop is truly a great PC. the 2 and 1 touch screen is a great with awesome graphics. its light and very easy to carry around with you all day with out being exhausted from carrying it. so far i cant find anything to complain about. thanks best buy for carrying a great laptop.

I purchased a Lenovo laptop for my daughter some time ago and this will be the second one that I have purchase. She is a veterinary student and really like this laptop. The price was right and she is very happy with it.

The product was pretty good but after turning it on I quickly realized that 4 GB RAM didn't cut it for day to day operations so I had to upgrade each of the laptops to 8 GB.

I picked up this beauty from BB a couple of weeks ago, and I feel like I have the best notebook in the world, it was open box so I was a little skeptical, but I got it home Set I it up and it's been flying thru Web pages like crazy, and the fold design is flawless.

Good rating - only one month so far; getting used to touch screen, different touchpad vs HP -; love the back lit keyboard. Folds into Notebook - new to me, haven't used it enough, but I like it. At almost 5 lbs, a bit heavier than I would like, but wanted numeric keypad and 15.6 screen. High Def screen is excellent as is audio.

I've owned this laptop for roughly six months, and continue to be impressed with the machine. The specs are top-end and the materials feel excellent. However, this isn't without faults. The rubber trim on the edges has begun to separate from the frame, and it is incredibly annoying. Also, the trackpad and keyboard are okay, but not the best. They buttons have decent travel and feel, but placement and spacing can feel awkward. Overall, I love the performance and the overall build, but would make improvements if given the chance. I'd have to say that I am very impressed, and would likely buy again.
