Test the flash player by playing a different flash file to see if it still freezes on a file different than the game (you can Google Search for generic flash files to test). If the test flash file does not freeze, it's the game. Try reinstalling the game. Delete the current game file and download it again. If the test flash file freezes, delete your flash player file and reinstall the flash player.

Very poor build quality
