I bought this for my son and it will not hook up to our internet server. We had an it guy try to fix it and it will not hook up. We think it is a lemon-taking it back today!

Was looking for a reliable home computer. Found it!

Bought for my husband and he has had problems with it from the get go. 1 year warranty just ran out and the battery quit charging and Best Buy would not fix it.

I am very pleased with this new Lenovo. I am still on a learning curve with it because it is much more sophisticated than my previous (9-year-old) laptop. This one has lots of "bells and whistles" that make it more like my smart phone than like my old laptop.

issues. Once we turn off the computer sometimes the volume will still be on with programs still running. It is a nice system and runs well but with some issues.

I'm starting college this fall and I really needed a new laptop. While I certainly could not afford a top-of-the-line laptop, I still wanted a good one. This model is an excellent choice. I've had it for quite a few weeks and I enjoy using it.

Nice for what it does but I think Lenovo is banking on its name and selling things at a higher price vs. competitors. I'd almost prefer a Dell.

Good functionality, but the laptop will go blank and then I will have to turn the computer off and restart. It is also a little heavy

I've had this laptop for about a month now and I'm pretty disappointed. It's slower than expected, has poor battery life, and programs will randomly not open. It also make a weird popping sound every now and again, which has me a little concerned that there might be an electrical issue. I don't do anything really heavy duty (mostly Office programs) so I'm not sure why the performance is so poor for me, maybe it's just my unit.

if i have several web pages open the touch screen hangs up and i to usethe mouse pad. quite annoying. the machine is fast and is light

This was purchased as a graduation gift for my grandson. We have a Lenovo laptop that has been a reliable, easy to use laptop for our family the past few years. I will definitely continue to purchase Lenovo in the future.

The computer itself was nice. The computer was slow in starting. It was an "open" box item. Returned as battery stopped charging.

We purchased this computer to replace out primary home machine to manage household expenses, budgets, etc. It does all we ask it to and more - addresses the kids homework needs as well. Great machine for the price.

I have had nothing but problems since I purchased this system. The basic functioning and features of this system are exactly what I was looking for, but after only a couple months, the screen started going out. After many communications with Lenovo, they are replacing my entire system (which will be a different one because this was a Best Buy only model). First experience with Lenovo. Not such a good one.

Fast processor, 8GB of RAM and 1TB hard drive, great machine for the money. We use Lenovos at work and I've been nothing but impressed so far. I'm not a tech guru by any means, but really like this laptop.

This computer is super fast, tablet and laptop capability. Perfect 15 inch laptop for hardcore gaming or just working on a spreadsheet for my business. This is the best laptops I had ever owned

Purchased open box. Took forever to start up. The screen kept going black and needed to restart frequently. Took to Geek squad 1st time and tech was less than helpful. When I took it in again, the agent was VERY helpful!!!! Ended up having to return the computer. Opted for a different brand. Saw a Lenovo rep at the store when I was returning it and he said it was a driver issue.
