This laptop had everything needed. Was purchased for grandson's upcoming school year requirements. The 1TB drive is an exceptional feature and the i7 chip makes this computer really fast.

The touch screen is very sensitive and sometimes the screen will freeze up. I still have a lot to learn.

I really like this Laptop, a much better Lenovo than the 440 I had at work, this is my retirement Laptop, very pleased s far and the Geek Squad has been great to deal with so far.

Laptop was available for a great price and I couldnt pass it up. I love that you can upgrade ram and hdd yourself. Get an SSD immediately, the difference is night and day.

I purchased this laptop because my daughter has one in her office and said it works great . See was correct, I have been using my laptop for three weeks and I love it.

Not thrilled with how it loads. difficult to wake up. when it is up and running, I like it.

it was a nice laptop until i dropped it and bent the cas and shattered the screen. lucky for me i bought the extra warranty for it. best buy refunded the full price.

This is my 3rd Lenovo laptop I have purchased for my business. Each one has exceeded expectations. I will definitely be buying more of these computers.

I love everything about this laptop - the size of the screen is great for an older person like me. It is easy to use and switch from laptop to tablet.

I purchased the Lenovo Edge 2 from Best Buy in Boston on the 26th of April, 2016 for school purposes. Ever since that time I have been experience the trauma of the computer randomly freezing and going into sleep mode, but not being able to wake up from the sleep mode. I have changed my display settings so it is set to never go to sleep and I have also called in several times to the Lenovo Support desk, all of this has not corrected the situation. Best Buy sold a Lenovo laptop that was supposed to be brand new but instead it had problems right out of the box! I am working to have this computer sent back to Lenovo. For today alone, I had to force shut down the computer 10 times, in order to get it out of the freeze and sleep mode. Force shutting down the computer is the only way to get out of the sleep mode. My suggestion: Do not buy the Lenovo Edge 2 computer.

Now that I'm use to it I find this 2 n1 to pretty fantastic. I love the audio and the video is also great the battery life good for my needs. Love it.

We have been looking for a small radio to play the stations we like to listen to in the country. This radio plays the stations we like and many more.

If you are looking for a value friendly laptop that is great for web surfing and email then the Lenovo Edge 2 14" may be the right computer for you.

This is the best computer for all my needs.. able to deal with my overload of photos and keep moving fast enough to speed things along!

This computer was purchased to meet specific requirements of a program we use. It has matched those requirements and exceeded our expectations.

Still has freeze ups, and shut downs. Next time I'm going to try Apple.

I love how lightweight it is for a laptop that has a ten key. Functions well and is what I expected.

The laptop itself seems to be very well made. It has kind of a brushed finish that looks nice, but somewhat attracts fingerprints. The display is nice, but can be somewhat dim meaning you'll probably find yourself turning it up frequently. The keyboard especially feels great when typing, and it has a number pad to the right which is handy. Performance wise, it doesn't disappoint (even with all of the bloatware that's found in the default install). It's snappy, and thanks to the discrete GeForce 940m graphics can actually handle some gaming, just don't expect desktop quality. For example, I can run World of Warcraft on almost full ultra settings at 1366x768 and easily get 60 fps. Also thanks to the discrete graphics comes shorter battery life compared to other skylake notebooks with integrated chips when it kicks in. If you're sticking to basic web browsing and productivity work it doesn't seem like there is much difference in terms of battery life, but if that's all you're using this for you'd probably still be better off going with one of the cheaper i5 notebooks instead, since you won't notice any significant difference in performance anyways. Now for the bad. This model comes with a 5400rpm 1tb disk drive. No biggie I thought, I've got a spare ssd to put in it. The process is simple, just unscrew all the screws from the bottom cover, no need to remove footpads or anything like that, and the cover comes off very easily. Just take care with the screws on the front edge, as they're at an angle and seem like they'd be easier to strip. With that said and done, installing a fresh copy of Windows was easy enough, until it came time to actually use it. Wifi wasn't recognized initially, and even the ethernet seems kind of iffy without installing drivers. And the drivers from Lenovo's site are awful. I was unable to use them at all, as even after installation wifi would hang and then disconnect. Instead I had success by installing drivers for the intel wireless ac 8260 chipset found here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/86068/Intel-Dual-Band-Wireless-AC-8260 There also seems to be a problem with nvidia geforce experience missing a .dll that I still need to resolve, but it doesn't seem to impact performance at all. TL,DR: Great laptop, not so great hard disk and drivers. With a bit of work it's a great machine and I would definitely recommend it.
