Customer service helped but that cannot happen Plus this is my second one had to returm first one the touch screen did not work.

Posted .You can turn off automatic Windows updates. You will get an alert when there is an update for your system. You will be able to choose when the update occurs. This will give you an opportunity to create a restore point on your device. This way you can revert back to the old settings if something goes wrong - Like conflicting with an older driver. If you should need to update drivers for your system in the future, follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. Here is the link:

Trouble setting up with unwanted pop-ups/upgrades

The laptop is working well, I really like it turns into a tablet. However when in tablet mode the onscreen keyboard is in the way. Very good price!

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Flex 3-11. With regard to the onscreen keyboard in tablet mode, you can adjust the settings for the onscreen keyboard in "Settings". Just go to the Cortana search window and type or say "On-screen Keyboard". Click on On-Screen Keyboard Settings and make adjustments per your needs.
