It was a good laptop about 3 lb nice screen. Great if you want more then tablet but not full Windows or Mac.

This laptop does exactly what we needed. Set up is easy. While it takes some time to adjust to Google's OS if used to windows, the experience feels very intuitive and modern. Knocked off one star because the tablet mode doesn't always work correctly. Highly recommend buying from Best Buy as their customer service and price match policy is the best.

Got this for my son. All his classes are online with Google classroom stuff. I don’t know much about it. We’re kind of an Apple family and he seems to have no problem using this for all his school and personal stuff.

Fantastic product. So much faster than my old laptop. The bending screen allows for me to comfortably use this in all kinds of situations. Very happy with my purchase.

This is my first laptop and I love it! It's much faster than I expected. Very easy to use the Chromebook system. I've used Windows since 1997 but I don't miss it at all. Love the flexibility of this laptop. I've used it for email, youtube, and also set up my library app so I could read from it, all have worked great.

Pretty impressive PC for most intents and purposes .... of a Chromebook. I will likely be returning this one, however, as I tend to be more of a power user and push these little computers to their max. My older HP Convertible Chromebook (with similar stats) seem to handle my particular heavy use better. For most though? .... I suspect this one would be well suited!

Using this for work purposes only. Very quick, easy to set up, and it’s a plus to have the tablet mode despite not using it as much. Barely need to charge it as well!

I've been using Chromebooks since shortly after they were introduced and have owned more than half a dozen of them. The IdeaPad Flex 5i Chromebook Plus is by far the best Chromebook I've used. It has a great display and a great keyboard (which I'm a real stickler for). Those and the additional capabilities that are exclusive to Chromebook Plus makes it a winner. I wish it were a little lighter, more along the lines of my old Pixelbook, but at about half the price and with more superior features, I'm exceedingly pleased with my purchase.

I have been using Chromebooks for years. I decided to buy the Chromebook pro this time around. I can do everything I need with a Chromebook though I realize they are probably not for everybody. This one is nice. It's good looking but I don't think it's that much faster than my past Chromebooks. That's not really a complaint because I find them to be plenty fast. I'm one of those people that the best way to speed up my computer is to learn how to type.

battery life could be better- have to have minimum character to submit review.

This is my second Chromebook. The first one was about 10 years ago, in their start... It was a poor machine, not good enough to be considered a full notebook. Screen was low quality, the only plus was the (cheap) price. Now, this one, while it still has some limitations related to Chrome OS, is much better both in hardware and software. It has good specs, reasonable price, and an excellent deal on having Google's AI (Gemini) for 12 months free.

I love my new laptop. Performs well, and does everything I need . Well lit keyboard, movies look great on the screen.

Bought this for my son while in high school - meets all the requirements and approved by my 15yo so all around win - had issues with hinge but warranty coverage the repairs- overall great product with great service

My first Chromebook Plus device and it has not dissapointed me at all. Love the HD screen, photos and movies look fantastic. Text is really crisp and sharp to my eyes. For those considering a stylus for this device the USI Stylus Pen 2 works great.

I truly enjoy the Lenovo. My daughter and son-in-law help me find it for me. I am so pleased w/it. I love the fact that it is a laptop & tablet all in one. I use it for accounting and management for my business and it meets all my expectations.I highly recommend!
