Fantastic product. So much faster than my old laptop. The bending screen allows for me to comfortably use this in all kinds of situations. Very happy with my purchase.

Using this for work purposes only. Very quick, easy to set up, and it’s a plus to have the tablet mode despite not using it as much. Barely need to charge it as well!

For a Chromebook the things runs super great. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because it doesn’t run the full version of excel. As an accounting student this is a must and I have to replace it now

Great laptop for my college work it’s screen is perfect size and light enough I can carry around I love I can flip it into a touch screen for games or just watching a video and being touch screen is so convenient at times

I'm not using this device as a "power user". I have other devices for this. This device serves me adequately for browsing, social media, and other related and similar tasks. If that's what you're looking for, this device is more than enough. My only complaint, the curser sometimes jumps unexpectedly when using the touchpad mouse, but this hasn't been really bothersome to me.....yet.

Bought this refurbished. It was exactly as advertised and has really been working well. My wife uses it for web browsing and the Google suite of apps. Everything has been running smoothly with no glitches or delays. Highly recommend!

I bought this for my 6 year old since he will be starting to do his school work on it next year, he also wanted to play some games that was specifically on google play, he loves the laptop, but pretty much any laptop is going to have its negatives, the only thing I don’t like about it is how fast the battery goes dead, seems like it has to stay plugged in a lot, and when the battery is getting low it will start acting up (not pressing certain buttons, freezing, etc.)

I really love my new laptop. It feels sturdy, I like the option of turning it into a tablet, the colors are great, and it is fast. To be fair, I only use it to surf the net, stream videos and movies so far.

So far, I am very happy with the Chromebook that I purchased. It is able to do all that I need to do and hoped with a mouse. It works perfectly for me.

I've been using Chromebooks since shortly after they were introduced and have owned more than half a dozen of them. The IdeaPad Flex 5i Chromebook Plus is by far the best Chromebook I've used. It has a great display and a great keyboard (which I'm a real stickler for). Those and the additional capabilities that are exclusive to Chromebook Plus makes it a winner. I wish it were a little lighter, more along the lines of my old Pixelbook, but at about half the price and with more superior features, I'm exceedingly pleased with my purchase.

Had to comeback due to the first sales person. Upon my second trip back hoping to find someone more knowledgeable, I did. I was able to find exactly what I wanted/needed and works well for my needs.

This is my first laptop and I love it! It's much faster than I expected. Very easy to use the Chromebook system. I've used Windows since 1997 but I don't miss it at all. Love the flexibility of this laptop. I've used it for email, youtube, and also set up my library app so I could read from it, all have worked great.

Great computer for son starting college. Good battery life, great graphics and love the touch screen.

I have been using Chromebooks for years. I decided to buy the Chromebook pro this time around. I can do everything I need with a Chromebook though I realize they are probably not for everybody. This one is nice. It's good looking but I don't think it's that much faster than my past Chromebooks. That's not really a complaint because I find them to be plenty fast. I'm one of those people that the best way to speed up my computer is to learn how to type.

This is my second Chromebook. The first one was about 10 years ago, in their start... It was a poor machine, not good enough to be considered a full notebook. Screen was low quality, the only plus was the (cheap) price. Now, this one, while it still has some limitations related to Chrome OS, is much better both in hardware and software. It has good specs, reasonable price, and an excellent deal on having Google's AI (Gemini) for 12 months free.

It was a good laptop about 3 lb nice screen. Great if you want more then tablet but not full Windows or Mac.

Got this for my son. All his classes are online with Google classroom stuff. I don’t know much about it. We’re kind of an Apple family and he seems to have no problem using this for all his school and personal stuff.

Perfect fit for a home computer for the every day use of emails, bills, information search. Light weight and compact and good battery life.
