I purchased this online last week and thought I was getting a great deal. When it arrived yesterday, it looked like practically brand new. The problem is that it took forever to boot. Also, I received the blue screen with an error. I thought it was a joke to see the card it came with that says, "Certified refurbished tested and approved". Took it to bestbuy and the best they could do with my warranty is send it back or give me my money back. I thought they would have swapped out the laptop with a new one since it was covered by the normal warranty and the additional warranty I purchased. Not sure I'll purchase another warranty from best buy.....

I received my laptop last week. So far the device works great, but there was more cosmetic issues than usual and it was dirty with smudges all around it. Since it is geek squad approved I figured they would at least wipe it down before packing.

When my computer arrived, it came with a checklist that confirmed the wifi had been inspected and that the wifi was functional. Unfortunately, I could not get the wifi to work. When I took it to the local Best Buy, the Geek Squad was also unable to get the wifi to work. Apparently, the computer had not been inspected thoroughly and just included a "tick and flick" exercise (i.e., ticking boxes without really checking). As a (previously) loyal Best Buy customer, this was a very disappointing outcome. Even more disappointing was Best Buy's response when I informed them of the issue with my computer, but that's a story for another time.

I love my Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro. It's an amazing machine. However, to get it to work 100% perfect, I had to fix a few things. If you are tech-savvy and don't mind spending some time to get it working property, this machine is an awesome buy.

Just received this laptop. Won't even boot up with a blue error message. Never purchasing refurbished from Best Buy again.
