Pretty good, but has its quirks!

I've owned this laptop for about 2 months now. Overall I am pleased with it. It has good battery life, good screen definition, pretty quick... lightweight... portable... etc.
However, it has several quirks. Transitioning back and forth between tablet and laptop mode freezes the computer sometimes. In these instances, the mouse disappears, and the keyboard inactivates as if its stuck between both modes.
Sometimes the wifi goes out, and it requires a restart to bring it back to normal.
In every one of its issues, a simple shut down, restart remediates the problem.
I would buy again though. Still worth it.

I purchased the laptop mostly because it has the screen size I wanted along with SSD and light weight. It was a refurb so I thought there may be cosmetic issues but it looked brand new, screen, keys, and case. Unfortunately the screen started to pixelate after about a week. Seemed like it was a driver issue but I opted just to return it and look for something else. No problems as far as the return process.

Good laptop but screen is too small for 4K

This has been a very good laptop, but the 4K resolution is rather useless on a 13 inch screen. When viewed at full resolution I need a magnifying glass to read text, so I don't run it any higher then 1080p.
The Core i7 and solid state drive make this a quick laptop

The laptop is light weight. It has SSD drive so it bootsup in seconds. Great resolution. Its only drawback is that the touch screen lags (compared to iPad)

It's very easy to handle. Lightweight and looks good. Battery could be better. But some tweaking can make the battery last longer.

Love the laptop; it is light, powerful, and quick! The only thing I do not like is the touchpad because I am used to the ThinkPad pointing stick. However, the fact that it is touchscreen makes up for this. All around great laptop!

if you are those kind of people who doesn't care about the fancy box or the nice cellophane, wel this is a great opportunity for you. The laptop is fast, light versatile.
The downside is that when I use Chrome to browse the web, the pages seems to load slower than my macbook air that comes with an i5 processor and only 4GB of ram.
A:AnswerThe unit I received was in great physical condition. Looked new and worked great for the first 40 days however I started having problems about 45 days after the purchase. It is currently out for repair.
A:AnswerIf you buy a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished computer, the burden of proof is on you that you did not cause what might have been a pre-existing condition. This happened to me, I paid over $800 to basically rent a computer for less than 7 months since it completely failed. It was within the 1 year warranty, but they claim it must have occurred after I got it and so will not stand behind the warranty.
I would not buy a refurbished/certified computer from Best Buy.
A:AnswerWe recommend you check with the Geek Squad for details concerning this specific model. Also, ask about purchasing an extended warranty insurance if you are concerned about a system failure. Be sure you understand what the warranty does and doesn't cover.
