The unit I received was in great physical condition. Looked new and worked great for the first 40 days however I started having problems about 45 days after the purchase. It is currently out for repair.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Computer I received looked fine, but crapped out after less than 7 months and Geek Squad/Best Buy would not stand behind their warranty claiming that I must have caused the damage. I will never buy refurbished/certified items from Best Buy again, it was an $800 life-lesson.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine had a few minor scuff marks on the shell. I've had it a month though and the ones I've added are far more numerous. I think the aesthetic quality is just fine
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.great condition; looked brand new! its poss the laptop was mishandled in transit which damaged the ssd connection. maybe better to have it delivered to the store for pick up to avoid potential mishandle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The condition of the 2 laptops I had in hand was fair-good. There were various size scratches on the housing of the laptop but nothing on the screen. No cracks. The trackpad and keyboard areas were soiled and had smudges everywhere. It would be nice if they cleaned them ahead of time.
