I bought a certified refurbished model of this - to compare to the newer C940 model that replaced it. It has a great keyboard layout that is by far the best I have used in this class of 14" 2-in 1 computers. That's the good news. The bad news - is the drivers are a mess to try to figure out. After updating this machine, Windows listed at least 10 or more "optional" drivers with no indication of what they are for and if they are needed. I would not have trusted the reliability of this laptop and the need to experiment with dozens of drivers. The replacement C940 laptop is okay. Seems a bit more stable and has a slightly better screen. Overall - seems like a nice compact and portable laptop - but buyer beware. I would recommend using a charge card to make this purchase - as you will have added protections - should things not work right.

I am so upset and desepsionated about buying ever away refunished product with best buy due to the horrible condition of this computer. Fist at all the computer charger wasn't even the same as the computer and the computer was nasty, unclean and it had multiple scrashes around, as soon I turn it up to see the graphics the computer started to heat up so fast with no even 5 minutes of usages. I put ny trust to refunished product with best buy because I thougth that the brand have rules and verify that product are good to be sell but that is all wrong and the price was high compare to the quality of the product, I would never buy or put my trust to refunished products with best buy.

Love my new laptop! It has all the bells and whistles I look for. The i7 intel core has great speed and the 4K screen made it a "Best Buy"!
