Only issue I have with it is pre-built so comes with software pre-loaded that a business many or many not need.

The faceplate of the case doesn't cleanly detach, and is held on with the power button's cable. You can unplug the cable, but it's annoying to plug back in. This wouldn't be a big deal, but the system wouldn't POST with a known good video card in it (nothing fancy that uses external power). I ended up having to reset the CMOS and use a different video card to complete the project, and haven't been so annoyed by a case in quite some time. System worked fine as-is, but there's really no advantage to buying this over a small form factor unit.

Also charging cord has a large plug in for acc outlet which takes up two outlet spaces. Plug in wants to fall out of plug in due to size and weight.

I purchased this computer 9 months ago back in March and I've been having all sorts of sound issues. I have a Bluetooth speaker connected to my computer and the the blue tooth connection would go on and off constantly. A few months ago my computer was showing no sound drive at all and connecting Bluetooth was non existing. After talking to their support and being on hold for a total or 3 hours they advised me to do a factory reset on my computer to fix it which was a major inconvenience. I did just that and it seemed to do the trick. Fast forward 2 months later which is now and the same issue is happening. No sound drive and Bluetooth non existent ! I don't have time to deal with this factory reset. It is such a hassle and I don't feel like having to do this every couple of months. This is the first Lenovo computer I purchased and definitely the last.. Not looking forward to using the manufacture warranty and having this either fixed or replaced. I can see this issues going on for the next few weeks.

It has slowed up a bit and I try not to store too much on it. I use it about 12 hours a day and it has been 10 months.

This new model is easy to maneuver in the storage compartment of my desk. It also is easier to transport when I need to visit Geek Squad at the store.

This is a fast configuration with its 6-Core Intel Core i5-8400 processor and 8GB DDR4-2666MHz RAM. If you are experiencing slower than expected performance, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Good graphics and not laggy only wish you can add to the desktop screen instead of going through the stupid start menu.

It seems slower than I expected, but otherwise it works just fine. I've already replaced the HDD with an SDD because it was less expensive for me to do it.
