Selling point was the fact that it supports 2 monitors. Biggest negative is slow boot to windows 10, close to a minute which is at least 2x what slower machine it replaced. Lenovo customer service had no solution, saying that may be normal for this model.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaCentre 720-18 desktop. This system should take less than 45 seconds to load to the Windows 10 desktop. First be sure all of the software you have loaded is actually compatible with windows 10. Do not load Microsoft Office software on this system. There is a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office 365 included as part of the Windows 10 operating system. In order to keep the program active after the trial period, you will need to purchase a product key. You will not need to download any additional software. Finally, check to be sure you have the "fast Start Up" setting enabled on this system. Good Computer - Complicated Driver Set-Up

They did not all automatically update on set-up. This created a lot of frustration. This was the most difficult set-up of any computer I have done, because of this driver issue. Eventually a Geek Squad tech helped, but it stumped him too.

If you ever need to update drivers again, you can go to Lenovo.com-support and scan your system for the drivers that need to be updated. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. The processor is fast, and the computer is responsive. Also, there was not a lot of bloatware that some other brands tend to install. The computer has remained consistently responsive. Great buy!
