We were in the market for a computer our 6yr old could use to play her learning games. Turning the TV into a computer for her was perfect!

Great solution to do basic pc work from a big screen. No thrills but great for streaming video content, using Office, and surfing the web.

Overall it's a great computer for the price. This computer has a problem with the wifi that is easy to fix. When I turned on the computer for the first time It was working fine but in about two days the internet slowed down to the point that it can't open a web page or play a video. I did a research and what happened is the computer wifi and Bluetooth share the same antenna so when the computer Bluetooth start seen devices around your house the computer creates a Bluetooth connection and basically goes over the wifi even if the Bluetooth is off. The solution is simple, connect a USB Hub with two or more ports, so you can connect your Kboard, mouse and a wifi adapter, then unable the Bluetooth on the stick and use the wifi adapter. Now is working perfect.

Just bought this and was a little skeptical before the first boot-up. Once it finished its Win10 configuration steps, I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of the CPU and even streaming via Wi-Fi was faster than I thought it would be (didn't even disable the bluetooth first). Next will be to install some apps via storage on an external drive and see just how much work this little guy can do.

it is a computer but without a screen. You can carry with you as long as there is HDMI jack in the TV with your wireless keyboard and mouse

Great Potential, Critical Flaws

As a Windows 10 system, the speed and performance is acceptable, as long as you are not doing anything that requires network access. The screen looks very nice at 1080p with 150% scaling on a 4k TV (too bad it doesn't support higher resolutions). The fan can be somewhat noisy, likely due to amplification from being between the TV and a wall.
What unfortunately kills this device is that the wifi is extremely unreliable, and the device is 5ft from the AP. There are periods of high latency (3-4 seconds) that occur every 10-15 packets to pings to the local router, which get more frequent as you use the system.
I plugged in a belkin USB wifi adapter I had laying around and all of the wifi problems have vanished with 0% loss and low jitter the rest of my tests. But since this device is meant to attach via built-in wireless as its primary network connection in the first place, that function not working without an additional USB device makes this fair at best as it then immediately needs a hub.
If this issue were somehow corrected, I'd bump this to 4 stars. Unfortunately, it creates a scenario for me where it will not meet my needs and will need to be returned.
Looking forward to future models

I genuinely hate this thing

Open three apps instead of two? Crash. Connect to Bluetooth? Ok, your audio will play until you open something else. Do you like bluescreens of death? Then this is for you. If it had an audio jack it wouldn't be nearly as frustrating to me. But as is... oh man I hate it. Such a nice little package, could be such a cool little guy. But it isn't. It is frustrating.

Doesn't work, Buy Something Better

I got a new TV as a gift and since I'm not a big fan of cable TV I decided to buy a streaming device, this seemed a good choice, cheap and apparently with lots of advantages.
Well it doesn't work, it took longer than five minutes to load Netflix (and Hulu) home pages (I stopped counting at 5 min), some reviews say that the issue can be solved by adding a bunch of stuff to it (a USB hub, a WiFi adapter...) so at the end (money-wise) it is better to buy, either a smart TV or a better mini PC.
I'll try one more time, if it doesn't work again I might return it and buy a smart TV for the same amount of money I spent on this mini PC + wireless keyboard.
PS, Don't even try to open another tab while browsing a normal web page, it'll freeze...Also, the Bluetooth doesn't work, I installed a bunch of Bluetooth apps on my phone to control it and all of them failed to connect (yes, it was discoverable and "paired").

I just gave it a try, although I read the reviews. Unfortunately they are right. Wi-Fi connection is horrible. Unfortunately, I am out of the return period of 30 days. I just need to suck it up. It is a shame, because all other computers at home are Lenovo and they work great.

Purchased for my child to do her homework and visit education websites. The "computer" seemed just horribly slow for the first couple uses. Reboots seemed to speed up the wifi but after a couple weeks it got to the point where it took minutes to load a simple web page and when it did trying to interact with anything on said webpage was not advised. It's offline performance was what I expected for an atom based computer stick. Maybe I had a bad wifi module...
