Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent but it says it’s like 250 gigs but upon purchasing and using it there is not storage at all on it , I downloaded one older game on the Xbox membership they gave me with purchase it was only 50 gigs and it’s full already, so basically they are selling you a laptop with no storage on it , this is false advertisement if I could return I would but it’s too late if it says 250 gigs , then I want 250 gigs not 50 gigs because 200 gigs is taken by the operating system and all the crapthey loaded onto the computer before I bought it

I was looking for something budget friendly but could handle the work of a college student. When I originally called Best Buy, I was planning on ordering a different laptop. After speaking to a very helpful and knowledgeable customer service representative, I decided on this laptop instead since it was on sale, giving me more features for a similar price point. I was also able to pick it up the same day!

And since I had a question about the set up, I called customer service. What a great experience - not a common experience. So helpful.

This is my 2nd IdeaPad and my only complaint is that my 1st one was so thin (sometimes a good thing) that it flexed so much on a soft surface that the touch pad was compromised. Otherwise, it was great and this new one will be used with that in mind. It will mainly be used for streaming, email and browsing.

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
