    I am a senior and I've always had a desktop. It has been a slow learning curve but I'm getting used to it. So far, I have no complaints. It does what I need it to and takes up less space.

    Yeah, the laptop was great, but when I ordered both laptops and the cover for the one laptop, they were all supposed to be delivered to my house. You guys delivered one laptop and had the laptop and the sleeve for the other laptop for me to pick up, then you were the next day you sent the other laptop to me And then four days later you told me the sleeves in and you’re gonna charge me nine dollars to deliver it I told you the ticket ticket and it was no way I was paying for you to take it off my bill so now I’m not very happy with you people and how you do your things there

    If you are judging it on what it is than it is great . Just keep in mind you will immediately need to upgrade the m.2 as 250 is to small in 2025 and you cant upgrade the ram as its soldered to the motherboard . But if those arent deal breakers its a realy nice unit for the cost . You realy get a lot.

    This laptop is great. Very easy to use, great connectivity and the geek squad was terrific. They transferred my data from my old laptop so it was very easy for me to start using the laptop right away. I am also happy with the payment terms. I am very pleased with this purchase.

    This has been a great daily driver. I immediately swapped out the hard drive and installed Linux. The touchscreen works great. However, the webcam and built in microphone aren’t the best. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to upgrade/add RAM. I really like the screen size and the keyboard (10 key is really nice to have). All in all, this is a very nice computer for the money.

    I ordered this laptop as a Best Buy Deal of the Day at a fantastic price. Our family members are AMD fans and stockholders, so what sold me was the AMD Ryzen chip. I have enjoyed using the laptop so far and love the touchscreen. I would have liked a backlit keyboard, but for the price, this is an excellent machine.
