    I purchased this laptop for my first year of college and it does everything I need! I love how sleek it is and the processor speed. The only thing I don't love is that it doesn't always stay connected to the internet. But all around a great laptop and checks off all of my needs!

      Regarding the internet connectivity issue, we are sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. To try to resolve this, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well for the latest network drivers.

    I was surprised by how fast it was; it exceeded my expectations. I'd previously used non-high-end computers for simple tasks, but with this laptop in particular, I was able to do a lot more than on the others I'd used. Highly recommended.

    Upgraded from an older model and it's been great. The touchscreen works perfectly, and it's much lighter than my previous laptop. Carrying my old one around all day put a lot of stress on my shoulders, but this one is much lighter.

    Just what I needed. Wanted another brand but couldn't afford it. Your representative suggested this product mentioning that he had gotten one for himself. Lenovo is the perfect size and is very fast when using my internet browser. Also, I'm learning a new skill with the AI capabilities.
