    i don't normally buy new computers i refurbish old ones and have been since windows EP however on this occasion i just didn't have the time so I bought this one and have been very impressed i would have to say it's gone above and beyond what I expected for a laptop with this price tag

    I had to buy a new computer. I liked this one the best. Only problem is I'm 90 and I have to learn how to use this PC. I'm slowly learning and I have a daughter who really helps me. The Geek Squad is very nice and helpful also.

    Great Laptop. Keyboard locked and now work around is a restart every time I use computer. What is Microsoft doing to fix this issue? Not happy with this situation.

We aim to provide excellent user experience for our products, and we would love to recommend a few actions you can take to improve your experience.

      Firstly, Microsoft has pushed out updates that have addressed the keyboard issue that you have experienced, please ensure that all available updates are installed through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings. These updates can correct software conflicts and fix keyboard drivers. To check for updates in Lenovo Vantage, start by launching the Lenovo Vantage app and selecting the “Check for updates” button on the right-hand side of the homepage. To check for Windows Updates, start by launching the Settings app, then selecting the Windows Update tab on the left-hand side of the page, finally select the “Check for updates’ button located in the top right of the page. After these updates are installed, please restart your device to ensure all program files are properly configured.
