    Great Laptop. Keyboard locked and now work around is a restart every time I use computer. What is Microsoft doing to fix this issue? Not happy with this situation.

      Firstly, Microsoft has pushed out updates that have addressed the keyboard issue that you have experienced, please ensure that all available updates are installed through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings. These updates can correct software conflicts and fix keyboard drivers. To check for updates in Lenovo Vantage, start by launching the Lenovo Vantage app and selecting the “Check for updates” button on the right-hand side of the homepage. To check for Windows Updates, start by launching the Settings app, then selecting the Windows Update tab on the left-hand side of the page, finally select the “Check for updates’ button located in the top right of the page. After these updates are installed, please restart your device to ensure all program files are properly configured.

    this laptop is really good and since it was onsale im glad i was able to pick it up for a real price however if you get the elements on the screen wet it does get buggy and freezes up some times but really decent laptop so its good not the best but really good.

    Great computer until is just stopped working randomly. Peter (the comuters name) was a refurbished computer and you could tell that something just wasn't quite right. Like if you had 30 humand that really are laptop computers, Peter would probably be the onepicked, out of the 30 computers to be the psycho killer.sometimes Peter just turns off, sometimes you go from one screen to the next without touching any buttons. And I'm guessing because it was purchased at the outlet the warranty is minimal, like ome.month inless you buy the plan that costs more than the computer. That's if I can find it unfer my account

    Works on most games. Played world of Warcraft, haven't raided so don't know if it's got everything needed. Plays Microsoft store free games great. Streams movies great. Recommend a bigger hard drive
