This was an upgrade for a high school student from a tablet with keyboard to a laptop. He wanted speed, lightweight (and it weighs less than my Kindle), long battery life for school(11 hours he says is not exaggerating), and Chromebook ready. It was all of the above. He researched papers and watches Netflix on it. The hard drive is small (which I usually like), but if you use cloud storage this little laptop is excellent.

Was a unbeatable price for its capabilities. Quick for basics and easily does web browsing and office applications. The screen could be more vibrant and crisp, but given the price range it's easily forgiven. This is a very lightweight and slim unit. Very easy to carry. No bloatware was a huge plus as well.

I bought this a few days before the Black Friday special which was even cheaper, but either way, it was a sub 200 "netbook". Keyboard is usable, not great like Lenovo's higher end stuff. Screen is a bit washed out, but I saw this in the store and knew what to expect. My biggest and only gripe is that the touch pad doesn't support gestures. Great for travelling and the battery life is at least 5 hours, which more than I expected.

Great Battery Life; Lightweight, and decent speakers. Excellent price too. I have not had a chance to use the computer very much yet, but initial tests so far have been very good.

Got this today as an early Christmas gift from my fiance and I love it! It is small but just right and very light. If you are on a budget this laptop is great it works very well for the price we paid. So glad i got the last one in stock.

Worked super fast until it started slowing down. Don't know why... maybe too many junk apps! I love this. I use this while doing work on my other laptops! Lightweight, protected screen, affordable and it comes with the basic MS365 app for a few months so you don't have to wait to add programs. Use right out of the box!

I haven't had a Windows computer in years. I love my MacBook Pro. Unfortunately, to remotely log in to the hospital computer for work, using Apple is a nightmare. So I bought this. It was on sae for $180 and it's money well spent. It's very light and works perfectly for me to use for work. I had problems with the trackpad and mouse not responding well, but after shutting it down and restarting it, it was fine. The trackpad isn't as nice as my MacBook and it's easy to bump the trackpad while typing. You can disable the trackpad with a key while typing, so that's an easy fix. I spent a fortune on my MacBook so I don't expect the same quality. But this is a great little computer for basic functions and looking around the Internet. I would definitely buy it again.

Pros: fast load and shut down Pretty decent HD screen Long battery life and standby time Cons: Sometimes has trouble connecting to WiFi Pretty much meets all my needs. It gets online and loads multiple tabs without lag, which the 14" model I started with was doing. Has free 360 day Microsoft Office trial. I'll use a flash drive as storage so the small ssd is no problem. I've streamed movies and it is excellent. Can't complain for $149. Would give five stars but it has had trouble connecting to the Internet a couple of times and that is pretty frustrating for an otherwise perfect device. I like the keyboard and 180` feature. Very lightweight and standby is good after days of sitting in the backpack unused. 10 hours use per charge. For the price I wanted to buy one for everyone I know!

Purchased this as a gift for my son. Perfect for online use and gaming. Good ram amount for light gaming needs. Only draw back small HD. Not having a cd drive no biggy since we have several external USB connection optical drives. However, for the price you can't beat it.

My daughter is able to use this computer without any difficulties. This is a great computer for a person who doesn't need to be on the computer for long periods of time. it is a little slow for me, but for my daughter's needs, it is perfect and such a great price.

I purchased this so I could browse the web, and watch movies on my TV via HDMI cable, but I could only do the former. Just a caveat, you might be able watch things via HDMI cable if your TV is 32 inches. I couldn't properly connect the laptop to my 46 inch TV because it wouldn't fill out the whole screen, just part of it. I tried fixing this, but it didn't seem like something I could fix, so I returned it. The screen was average, maybe even below average. The battery life however, was very good. If you need this for school, it would be good for that, but it's not good for someone seeking an entertainment laptop.

On a recent photo shoot overseas during which I was severely limited to size and weight of my luggage, I needed a small lightweight laptop to manage sorting and purging digital photos and then transferring them to external storage drives. While the built-in hard drive is small (32 GB), the built-in micro SD slot enabled me to add a 64 GB micro-SD card. Managing the photos was easy with 96 GB of internal memory. Very happy with the unit.

First off, I own a computer repair company. I bought this netbook for my 10 year old son. For the price, it performs well. Sure, the storage is lacking, but you can add a SD card if need be, or stuff in One Drive. I wouldn't recommend this netbook to anyone expecting to play games, but it will play Minecraft just fine. Basic Office applications and internet run just fine. Netbook is lightweight and has a good battery life.

I have never had a notebook size laptop before. I was quite apprehensive about this purchase, but I must admit I am pleasantly surpised. Value for $$, this may be my best computer purchase ever. I went with the Lenovo because of the reputation for durability. I am having to get used to working with the Cloud, but I'm coming along nicely. I would like more speed from my processor, but I knew I was giving up a little bit when I made the switch. I would definitely recommend the Lenovo to anyone looking to ditch the old, bulky laptop.

My old computer crashed on my first day of a online course. I was able to get this lightweight laptop, perfect size for my purse, at a price I could afford . The purchase came with one year MS Office which I also needed for my class work.

Got a great deal on this computer. Super light and looks so nice for just over $100. Great purchase for light portable computing!!

I needed an inexpensive replacement for my old laptop which finally died. At $150 on sale, I chose this Lenovo as it had good reviews on Best Buy. I am pleased thus far - it allows me internet / email access which is what I use it for. I enjoy the quick startup due to it not having a traditional hard drive. I also like that it has Windows and not Google Chrome - just a personal preference. My biggest complaint would be the quality / feel of its keyboard - just seems cheaply made. I'd wait for a sale, however, as I don't think it's worth the regular $200 price.

I purchased this small laptop so I could take it with me daily for my business. I have tablets but there are still many things that a computer is needed for that the tablet can't do. This little computer is perfect. The only reason I didn't give it all 5 stars is because of some processor/memory issues due to the size. But, it does everything I need it to do and very efficiently. I actually wish I had purchased a second one because the price was amazing. I don't know if it was a special price or not.

My Daughter wanted a small lightweight laptop. It had to have a keyboard and be a "real" computer. This computer met all of her needs and she loves it. I wish it had more memory but she can deal with an external memory chip.

For $140 I got a piece of technology that was a little bigger than a tablet but not a giant laptop. It's not super powerful but browses the Internet and runs basic software packages such as office etc just fine. Perfect for word processing, note taking and online browsing!
