It is very responsive and since it comes with a Intel Core i5 13th and it should last a few years without needing to buy a new computer because it became too slow. Its speakers are decent for a laptop and touchscreen is decent. Only drawback is its limited hard drive of 256GB but it can easily be upgraded for a fraction of the cost.

Works perfect for my needs which is primarily data entry and accounting functions. Display is nice and clear, great battery life and love the blue color.

Item pickup was great and smooth. Was able to insert additional 16gb RAM and verified that laptop can be upgraded to 2280 NVME SSD

It's much faster than I expected and works perfectly for some home office work I do at home. It was easy to setup, connecting to my home WiFi network and printer. Battery life is about 2 - 3 hours. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating.Highly recommend!
