A couple things that I find negative...but not a big deal. 1st of all, the headphone jack pops out my headphones way too easy. It's like you have to keep your headphones at a certain position or it'll cut out and play through the speakers. 2nd, not enough inputs for external hard drives. And they're all on one side. Again, no big deal. I still love it!

Cheap but good

Deleted Windows and installed Linux Mint which works well on it. Hard to find a useable laptop at this price range which is the reason for a good rating. One complaint - only 2 usb ports, find 3 needed as a minimum for the work I do. Do not recommend it for your only laptop; spend the money (over $600) for your only one (Windows 10.)

It tends to be a bit slow at times, im not sure if its because I need firewall protection or my own personal wifi connection at home. The storage is quite small but I do have an external hard drive. I'll be purchasing geek squad protection within the 14 day time limit.
