Great Value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Big screen, easy to use, very reliable and fast. Perfect for basic computer use, not necessarily for gaming, or movie downloading and watching. Perfect for Internet surfing and MS Office applications..

Great computer for a kid
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was my first Lenovo. It runs fine. You can get on the Internet and the battery is decent. It also has one of those buttons that allow you to turn the camera on and off from the keyboard. It would probably be fine for a middle schooler or younger. However... this was the slowest computer I’ve ever had. I have to restart it all the time and it literally takes forever to start back up again. I can’t do any actual work with this thing. I only use it instead of my 6 year old laptop when I have to. These issues have existed since I bought it a year ago and I was ready to switch back to my old one within a month.

Good Machine for the Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking to buy a replacement laptop and look over many machines. For what you get for the price, it's a good deal. My only regret was not looking more closely at the drive. I needed a CD/DVD drive and this is only capable of DVD. A small oops on my part but a good machine all the same.

slow as a snail
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave it 2 stars as after all it does work but it takes forever to load the pages and you can't have more than 3 pages open without it freezing up. This happened as soon as I got it. I uninstalled the mcafee and cleared and did windows updates and that helped a little but you really can't use this to surf the internet unless you like to waste a lot of time waiting. I wish I opened this up as soon as I got it as I definitely would have taken it back with the 2 week window and got something faster. It is useless to me and a complete waste of money sorry I hate doing bad reviews but have to tell the truth. just insanely slow.

Posted .The Lenovo IdeaPad 330-15 laptop is an entry level, light use system with its Intel Pentium processor. It is not meant for multi-tasking or demanding programs. It is good for Microsoft Office and light internet browsing. Windows 10 should not freeze. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.
