After researching several laptops and Chromebooks for my 7th grader, we finally chose this model, and it has been the perfect fit. The setup was quick and easy, the battery lasts through the school day, and it runs smoothly for homework, video calls, and online programs. It’s lightweight enough for her to carry in her backpack, but still feels sturdy and well-built. The screen is clear and great colors, this is what made us decide for this one, also the keyboard is comfortable, and overall it has everything she needs for school and daily use. Great value for the price

I’ve had this computer for a couple months now. So far I have no complaints. It runs pretty smooth and the battery last! I watch my tv shows and bunch more and don’t have to worry about it dying. So far so good, I love the blue

I can actually do a lot of the stuff that I do on my full-size computer (emails,online meetings, edit photos,etc.) However, I need more storage space; which is why overall rating is 4 not 5.

Works great for my WFH job, works fast, can download all the apps I need. Would recommend for starter laptop, also would be perfect for college students.

Extremely happy with this purchase after getting it incredibly cheap when it was on sale. The battery life is good enough for my purposes. I've never had to test it away from home/away from somewhere I can plug in so I can't speak to that. I do wish the display was brighter but I knew from the specs that it wouldn't be. This probably wouldn't matter much if you are young and have good eyesight. The only thing I would improve is the slightly flimsy feeling of the screen when I open it up. I am so careful because it freaks me out every time. None of that matters at this price point. If you don't need anything special then this is the most economical machine at best buy. I recommend and would buy again.

Build quality was good, no glaring issues there. The computer functions as intended. There is an HDCP compliance issue which makes Prime Video have issues with this laptop even when using the provided chromeapp. This may be service related rather than the laptop's fault. The sound is not as good as my phone but I didn't buy it for entertainment. This is a device for work. All that being said, productivity wise the laptop does well, I was able to do my writing as well as get work done at my day job. The laptop offered good speed for what it is and is comfortable enough when typing. I haven't used a chromebook since the first ones came out and I'm very happy overall with the usability and functional improvements they added. TLDR: Good productivity laptop that does okay on entertainment.

I bought this device to use for online college classes. Switching from a standard laptop to a Chromebook took a little getting used to, but it's not so bad once you get acclimated. The battery life is unmatched in that I've only had to charge it once or twice over a two month period, although I'm sure that will increase along with the increase in classwork. I don't speak 'tech', but the speed is high enough that I don't notice any delays unless there's an issue with my WiFi. For what I paid for this device, I'm giving it five stars.

By far the best price for this inexpensive laptop that provides all of my web surfing needs and access to stock market action and financial accounts and great streaming for many channels. Also the battery life lasts me for better than a full days use and charging is very quick.

It's honestly so great, it has an amazing color. Beautiful, clear, and crisp visuals perfect for streaming or gaming. The battery life is excellent, and it has ample memory and storage. I am currently a first-year PSEO student, and this has made my journey easier so far. I'm looking forward to use this beautiful Chromebook.

Great device and Chromebook is great. After a few days using both my Windows gaming LT and my Chromebook, I found it does surfing, streaming, spreadsheets, etc quickly and easily and the windows is sitting in a closet. The Media Tek 520 is a great chip for general use.

I'm new to the Chromebook, but have been working with it for the last month or so. I love the lightweight compact size. The functions available are more than I need, and I'm loving the comparability with all my Google products! What an improvement from my old laptop!

I'd rate it a 4 out of 5. It's a great budget laptop for basic tasks like browsing and office work. The 14-inch Full HD display is nice and the battery life is up to 13.5 hours. The MediaTek Kompanio 520 processor is fast enough for multitasking and the 4GB of RAM is plenty. My only gripe is the 64GB of storage, but you can always expand it with a microSD card.

Works as intended as I'm currently using it for college and personal stuff. However the only thing that I will say is that the drawbacks is the fact that the laptop doesn't have touchscreen as well as not being able to change the storage as you literally can't. Overall, It's a well designed laptop that can used for either work or college stuff but it does have it's limits with gaming

This is a very good basic Chromebook, It works well for surfing the internet and watching YouTube and Netflix. I like how the writing on the keyboard is white so it's much easier to see in the dark. I picked it up for $129 on a deal of the day in early August. I Highly recommend it. Thanks to Best Buy!

It’s OK. I had wished for the Lenovo typical keys and it does not have those and of course it was supposed to be touchscreen but it’s not. the distinct models with and without the touchscreen are too similar and confusing I suppose, and my attention when online shopping may be the culprit with so many choices and options. it’s an OK machine for the task of accessing Google docs. it actually types well and it is not as slow as the numbers would otherwise suggest. has a bit of a plastiky feel, of course, but the blue compensates for looks. it’s satisfactory. as with the ad long ago for chromebooks it won’t bother you too much if something happened to it. your files are secure.

Love it! It's very light in weight so its perfect on the go. Its not a device with all the bells and whistles but its the perfect device for what its meant to do..simple tasks and browsing.

Good price, bought this one for my kids to do homework on and so far it’s been good. The only thing I haven’t figured out is how to enable the touch screen. It’s not working on my end and there are basically no instructions on how to do it.
