I bought the computer for my son to be his first gaming computer. I’m sorry to say that it was a horrible out of the box gaming system. I would not recommend it.
As soon as we powered it up the fans started making a horrible screeching noise. The LED internal lights did not come on, and the system was running at well under the expected speed for the installed RAM.
I disconnected the fans when I started troubleshooting the LED lights as I assumed those would be a easy replacement from Lenovo and I turned my attention to the lights. I quickly discovered that the LED control settings in the system BIOS were set to run. By changing the setting to OFF, power cycling, and then changing the setting to ON, the LED’s popped right on. However, once the operating system loaded, the lights shut off again.
I called Lenovo tech support, and at first, they couldn’t find this model in their system to help me. After asking for a different tech, they found it, but had no idea why the RAM speed was slow, or what to do about the LED lights. They sent me two pieces of Software to load into the box, the first being a BIOS package that was older than the version already installed, and then a Lenovo troubleshooting software application. The BIOS roll back did not change anything, and then the 4 hour troubleshooting software found nothing wrong with the computer. Tech support said there wasn’t much else they could do for me, but would I like to submit a trouble ticket for further investigation into the problem.
So, I kindly packed everything back into the box and returned it for a full refund at my local store.
I was lucky enough to find another system with better hardware for the same price as this one online through Costco. That computer arrived in 4 days and it is working like a champ.

This gaming desktop has lasted me over 3 years with very minimal issues and its still running strong! I did have to completely factory reset and download windows again due to getting the blue and black screen of death, however, since then it's been solid. Definitely alot of room for upgrades !!

I bought this for my fiancee for Christmas and it does everything she needs. She plays lighter games like WoW and Overwatch, and streams Netflix so this is more than enough but I can imagine that if you're playing graphics-intensive titles like Cyberpunk 2077 that this may not be quite enough power. For the price though, it's a good deal if you don't want to build your own.
I do wish the computer came with a mechanical storage drive as well as the SSD since other machines in this price range do, but that's really the only negative I can come up with.

Purchased for my gamer son and he can’t say enough good things about it. I found the price to be very reasonable and the Win10 setup and minimal bloat ware a pleasure to set up. Now I have to set the parental controls because he is on it so much!!

This is a good entrance pc. But if you're looking to stream fps or overclock your pc, this isn't for you. I used this for 9 months now I believe and I've replaced every part essentially building a new pc. It didn't need replacing, but as a streamer I needed something a little bit more powerful. If you don't need the extra power, this is a good pc for the price.
