Pretty Good PC. Gets the job done. However, I've only had it for about 3 months and the CPU fan and rear fan already broke somehow. Very disappointing. But nonetheless, performance is good.

While this isn’t the best PC, it’s definitely a good one to start out with. The Ryzen 7 3700X CPU is fast, and the GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER graphics card definitely packs a punch in most games, and games run quite smooth most of the time (although for resource demanding games, the computer will sometimes glitch.) Overall a good PC, you may want to upgrade the RAM, though, since it’s stock and doesn’t perform too well for gaming.

I've tried both the Ryzen 5 and the Ryzen 7 version of this, and they are both incredible. I'm not a gaming enthusiast, so I'm not as picky, but I use very resource intensive programs. The first thing I noticed right away is that this thing is SILENT. It is unbelievable. It is also a multitasking dream, and able to handle power hungry programs. The graphics were the best I've been able to get on my dual LG Ultrawide set-up, both running DP 1.4.

Picked this up for $850 during Christmas. Setup was as easy as can be and kids jumped on and loaded up all their games no problem. I almost thought it didn't power on because it's so quiet. Took a star off because I had to go through F12 BIOS to turn lights on (this was also why I didn't think the system had turned on--but a huge thank you to the most helpful review on the Best Buy product page on how to do it. (Had to do it again for my son's profile--but hasn't done it again since). Everything else was perfect!

Have had the pc for 2.5 Weeks so far and it is working quite well, using it for browsing the internet and playing gta V, game works in very high settings. Cant complain, just after playing for a little while, this pc tends to heat up my room. Also it runs steam vr quite well, as well. The graphics card and Ram arent the best, but I will be upgrading them both in the future.

Works as intended. Bought open box and was missing the keyboard and mouse. Found the system to be clean with the RGB not working. The connectors had wiggled loose. However the box it came in had the original customer’s name and address on it. I did a complete reset on it when booting up and it’s been fine. Given the GPU situation it’s a good prebuilt option.

I bought this desktop for office work use. My work computer has crashed and needed to buy a desk top immediately. A store rep recommended this one when I said I needed a lot of graphic memory for my graphic work. This was open box item and it was a really good deal. Well, let me tell you, the open box item was returned item and there was a reason for the return although it comes with same 30 day store warranty and 1 year manufacture’s warrant. I had nothing but a problem. This computer is very powerful. More powerful than it was intended. Therefore maybe overheating or some problem occurred and it shut down every so and then. This happened 4-5 times a day during normal office use. I can’t imagine if this happened during online gaming. I had to swap to new memory module, down grade speed and everything so the computer can handle without crashing. (This is what I was told by my computer guy who fixed it). During the first 30 days, our internet supplier was having an a lot of local issues and I didn’t think it was computer problem. Thought it was internet problem. So I missed 30 days return policy and I had to pay my own repair. Bottom line, I do not recommend this desk too at all. Try to find the blog about this model “sudden shut down” on line.

I was nervous buying this but so far I have no complaints. I haven't played any games on it yet. I'm curious is the PSU will be able to keep up. It seems very underpowered. I'm sure it will need an upgrade. I do wish it had a disc drive, or just a place to put one. For the money I guess it's pretty good though.

This is a really nice computer. The case is fantastic for air flow, the CPU is amazing, and the 1660 super still holds up! I purchased this computer because I could not get a graphics card at sane prices to build my own. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by this system. There are a few negatives, though. 1) The RAM is 3200 MHz CAS 22. When you try to add more ram or change out the RAM sticks, the speed drops to 2133 MHz and the system BIOS has no way of enabling XMP profiles or over clocking RAM. 2) The cooler is mediocre. I’m not impressed with the CPU temperatures so I tried replacing the cooler with one I have that I know is fantastic. The problem is that the screws in the cooler are too big to screw in to the backplate and there is no way to remove the backplate from the motherboard- you’re stuck with this cooler. I’m considering replacing the motherboard but who knows what other proprietary roadblocks I’ll run into. It really is a fantastic computer but you have to accept it as is. Customizing/upgrading is going to be very difficult.

I purchased it and so far I’m not to disappointed it’s not the best of the best but it will get the job done if your wanting it for gaming although you will need to upgrade the GPU and RAM sticks on since these are not that good but for a prebuilt pc it’s pretty good

Over all its a very good product. However for a gaming pc it doesn't really let me play games. It will freeze and then reboot itself. I dont get a code or anything just a blue screen. I would recommend but not so much as a gaming pc sadly. I am trying to figure out why it shuts down on me.
