This is a great build has worked for everything I needed it to. Easy pre-built to upgrade on and make adjustments as you use the pc more.

This is a one week review, so please remember that as you read it. First, some observations. I used to believe that Alienware was the gold standard in gaming pcs. My recent experiences with the Alienware R9 have stripped those binders away. With proprietary components and an attractive but less than useful design, I have some to realize that this line is no longer for me - good bye Alienware. Second, many of the prebuilds provided by the large computer brands (e.g., HP, Asus) introduce some interesting and to me unacceptable compromises. For example, the HP Omen allows only 2 RAM sticks (and a proprietary motherboard). That is why I thought long and hard about whether or not to get this Lenovo pre-build. However, in studying it, I found that it checked many of my key boxes. First, standard parts (i.e., graphics card, motherboard) - check. Second, good air flow - check. Third, attractively priced - check. Fourth, easy to upgrade - check. Fifth - Ryzen chip - better performance at lower price - check. Overall, as you can tell, I am impressed with this system. Relatively well constructed, reasonably priced (<$1000), and with space for expansion (e.g., space for a second 3.5" drive). So far, it has performed well. For the money, I am pleased. However, please note that there are some limitations. First, I was hoping for two additional PCI-e slots - one for a usb 3.0 card (to add 4 more USB 3.0 ports) and one for a usb c card (to add 2 more USB-C ports). Unfortunately, there is only one. Second, the system comes with its share of bloatware (e.g., McAfee - removed in place of Bitdefender) and of teaseware (packages that give you a taste of a certain service, but ask you to pay). Lenovo offers such a product that promises to monitor your software automatically and on a weekly basis - only after you pay $30 a year. I detest such tactics. At a minimum, Lenovo should have given the buyer 6 months of the services before asking them to commit to buy. Finally, be prepared to be confused by how Lenovo calculates its warranty period. I was told that my computer was operating with less than 1 year warranty when I first booted up - go figure. Finally, if necessary and you need to contact Lenovo, be prepared to deal with Lenovo Customer Service. My past experiences have not been good. While nowhere as bad as Dell's, Lenovo seems to be working hard to become Dell's peer. Bottomline. Even with these issues, I am impressed by this computer. It ticks all the boxes. It works. And for customer service, you can always invest in Best Buy's service plan. Recommended - you will not be sorry.

Such a great purchase. Very impressive speed and graphics. All my games look and play amazing. Changing the lights on the tower is a fun touch as well.

Very good once you get it running if it came dead. It has nothing to do with the power supply. If this comes dead it’s because one of the connections on the back of the square pad is wrong.

Have had no problems out of this pc. Graphics and performance is all around great. Planning to get another model for my wife.

Received this pc and it does everything I expected it to do and runs great and has plenty of room to upgrade. For what’s in it you can’t beat the price

For the price, it does well enough. I had gotten it for video and photo editing and for gaming and it works pretty well. Only issue I have with it is sometimes I cannot use the taskbar

Works great, so far my son hasn’t had any problems with it. It fast and extremely quiet, he uses his 40 inch flat screen TV as a monitor.

Overall it is a good Gaming Desktop. It has ups and flaws with it. It runs fast and smoothly. There is nothing really wrong with it. It is a good PC and would recommend it to others.

Had to return the first one due to power issues. The second one the lights do not function but everything else seems to work just fine at the moment. Will update review after I have more use out of it.

I’ve read the reviews saying it had chronic issues but I remain optimistic. Same as everybody else, it won’t turn on. I took it in they diagnosed it as a motherboard issue right away. Merry Christmas

The new computer works wonders and is faster than my old model. I would recommend this model of computer to anyone who wants a fast and powerful gaming system.

Love this computer first time buying a gaming pc and it has a lot of cool options I play mainly warzone and it runs it great

My computer is working great so far. I’m not a gamer, I’m a video editor/animator. I needed a fast pc to run the adobe creative cloud programs. So far my programs are running fast and I can multitask between windows. As long as my computer continues to run this well, I will continue be very happy with my purchase.

GREAT gaming pc! My son wanted an Alienware but I told him they were too expensive and I would get him a better machine. So I shelled out for this one and it was able to handle the new COD game just released on max output settings FLAWLESSLY. So smooth, and fast. So easy to plug and play. Highly recommend.

During this time of hard to find pc such as this. This is one of the best and better value for performance. This one have pretty much everything for 1080p triple a gaming at 60hz and esport title over 120hz. This is also probably one of the cleanest looking case for prebuilt. The only thing I would change is adding rgb ram. Everything else is that good. Pc still going strong almost a year now. No issue.

my son loves this item. Its a great gaming desktop. The graphics are awesome and the speed is amazing.
