Please don't waste your time. Within a week I've had two broken models of this sent to me which is beyond pathetic. Order #1 comes... CPU fan is not even fully installed. it was just dangling around in the case, not screwed in, and the computer overheated and crashed within 30 seconds of starting. Geek squad couldn't repair, I returned it and decided to order another. Order #2 comes today. First of all, the ram wasn't even in the right slots nor were they actually in and secure. Even after opening it and reseating everything, I still get no feed to my fully working monitor(s) and error code beeping when I power it up. Ill be taking it to Geeksquad after Christmas (and probably pitching a fit).

I’ve seen PCs comparable to this for more money on other sites. I feel like the price for this great. Ryzen 7 is great. You won’t be disappointed

I bought this PC during the middle of the pandemic because it was the cheapest way to get a performance gaming station at that time. To my surprise, one year after the pandemic and with prices on the decline, this PC is still one of the best rigs out there. This is primarily because of it's cooling system. There are many companies such as cyber power that sell premade PC build with good specs, but have terrible airflow that ends up overheating the system and making it go into limp mode. That is not the case with this PC. I would strongly recommend.

this pc is awesome runs everything very smooth i can sit and play a game for hours and it wont get hot its just overall a awesome pc.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She was so excited to receive it and PLAY on it. But that didn't happen because it won't even power on. This marks the first computing device I've purchased in four decades that didn't even perform it's most basic function on day 1. A once proud firm seems to have lost its way.

A great but, a very snappy pc. Even though it is a prebuilt one, I really liked this product. It doesn’t have its drawbacks but it’s all good for the price.

Really good out of the box, I bought this as an entry level upgrade machine, and it seems great!

All in All great computer just had to upgrade PSU. This is the route most people are going to have to go since just trying to find a GPU for sale is a near impossible task.

I originally ordered this to upgrade my current desktop, but ended up using this pc instead of transferring everything to my old case. Pc works great for gaming!

It’s been a great pc for what I paid for it only draw back was the power supply was only 400 watts so I would definitely upgrade that but besides that it’s been great

Does not work right out of the box. The RAM was installed wrong resulting in a failed POST at first power on. This is fixable by simply moving the ram to the slots labeled 1 and 2. Other than that it only has a 400 watt power supply so expect that to burn out under any moderate to heavy load. I am replacing it anyway so I don't care but it is something to look out for. Over all it is not a bad price for a pile of part; it's just not a working computer.

Have used for several weeks now. Starts up fast. Minimal bloatware. Had one time on start up where the computer would not boot. Turned power off and back on - no problems since. Happy with purchase.

Just picked up this PC and after setting it all up, the power supply was faulty and the PC wouldn’t turn on. They don’t test their PCs before selling and now I have to go through the hassle of returning and hopefully being able to get the same one or a similar for the cost. Which I’m hesitant now because I may have to deal with another headache if they ship another faulty computer.
