Got this computer a few months ago,and honestly, really good for my first gaming PC! The lights inside of it can be customised to your liking, and the quality of them is pretty good! Its not super big,but does have enough space to show it off,and it was easy to set up then most things. Pros: Great graphics card for its price Incredibley quiet even on graphics intensive games Looks nice on my desk Cons Low ram Low storage

    Torn review- Great when working

I was very happy with this PC. I use it primarily for school and video editing software (with some use for gaming). It is fast, responsive, and the few games I played and video editing software I used ran well. I am torn in how to review this because I am having major issues within the first year of owning it. I have been using this for almost 11 months now and I am finding some major issues (I'm hoping to use a warranty to get it fixed in the near future). For example, I will be searching the internet, listening to music, or typing a Word document when all of a sudden my monitor goes blank (saying no input detected) and the PC becomes unresponsive. The fan will still run but the keyboard and mouse won't work, the music won't play, and even the power button does nothing. In order to restart, I have to unplug the tower. I thought this might be overheating but this happens randomly and it is very concerning and frustrating considering how much I paid for this and I haven't even owned this for a year. I keep it on a hard surface, dust it regularly, and don't leave it on for long lengths at a time. I don't even really spend much time on video editing software or playing games, so it is not like I am making a heavy performance demand on the PC (so why is it doing this?). So this is great when it works, but be warned with my experience-- this computer hasn't even lasted me a year without this major performance issue, and I haven't really worn it out with gaming or demanding video editing software. Because of this and considering how much I paid for it, it is hard for me to recommend this tower to others because I don't want them to experience the same issues with the price tag. Definitely include purchase of a warranty if you decide to get one.

Fast and quiet. No heating issues after 4 hours playing WOW on utra settings. Surprisingly, basic amd cooler does its job really well. No preistalled bloatware, just basic tool for Lenovo configuratuon.

I got the 2060 version. I want to love it. But power supply is only 400 watt. Also biggest downfall is cpu cooler isn’t sufficient for the long term. And I don’t think there are many ones that fit a Lenovo motherboard

Great Price and PC. My son has been begging for a PC for as long as I can remember. For his 11th Birthday his dad and I surprised him with it! Its been so easy to set up parental controls for me considering I have no knowledge of computers. My son loves it and I feel good knowing I can see what he is doing.

Purchased this PC for my son. It did well for a couple of days than started slowing down and becoming unresponsive. Programs would not open up, the light control kept disappearing and coming back. We returned it and ordered a new one because my daughter had the exact same one with no issues. When we received the new one which we ordered with the I7 processor, we received and an error on the mother board as soon as we plugged in in, so returned it for one with the Ryzen 7 3700x. We received it and it is working good. I am giving four stars for the good service we get when interacting with best buy and the fact that my daughters PC and the new one for my son are working great.

The current market for PC building is too expensive so I opted for a pre-built. Got to say this system run's smooth not too flooded with bloat-ware nor is it riddled with issues. If you're looking for a good PC with good space and, spec's look no further.

This could have been one of the best prebuild gaming desktops, if Lenovo didn't put a cheap 65W taisol cpu cooler that can't keep the cpu temps climbing to 70C+ when idle and above 85C when gaming for 10minutes. I contacted tech support that basically told me it was running according to AMD spec. I would replace the CPU cooler myself but Lenovo is using the lga115x spec on the motherboard that is for intel cpu's instead of the am4 spec backplate for the AMD Ryzen 7 CPU that this system has.
