So far so good have owned it since 11/13/21 as a person new to the pc thing its not bad but has its faults. Luckily since i use ethernet havent had issues as thats more on the wifi side. I will say though that its not perfect but it does the job. I have yet to run into any major issues. Also lenovo vantage has its faults but it works as well. Being as im new to the whole pc scene I think for what it is, is really good. So no major complaints as of posting this.

Great pc overall, only have one issue. I have to restart the pc every time I turn it on because of the cheap WiFi card. other than that, the pc is perfect. It runs smoothly on most games with maximum graphics settings and with 8 cores, I can multitask easily. 10/10 recommend as long as you don't care about restarting your pc. It only takes around 30 seconds. Again, 10/10 recommend.

All components are good parts only thing I’ve found wrong with this is the ram is impossible to find to add more so you will have to buy a new set if you want more storage and if you really want to be picky it’s only a 450watt power supply which works but is definitely on the low side if a power surge happens. Other than that it’s been working great

I believe that if there weren't all this situation related to the inflation of the video cards this computer would come out at most $1000 but on the other hand the price of $1500 is worth every penny, excellent, beautiful, great performance, turn on and have fun! I'm playing New world at 60FPS with everything at the MAX ! Very good

This desktop ran very well for a year. Quiet, ran all the programs we needed with good speed and temperature management. After one year and immediately after the expiration of the warranty period, had BIOS issues possibly from a faulty CPU and/or motherboard. This seems to be an issue others have had with this motherboard and 5700G CPU. Will have to replace both motherboard and CPU to get this working again which is a huge disappointment, especially after only 1 year.

Not bad by prebuilt standards but still has some faults. First the motherboard is missing features. No XMP profiles for a start, and very few options to configure much of anything besides boot order. RGB fan software is pretty basic, and baked into Lenovo Vantage app. Zero documentation regarding the two M.2 Drives (cant find which if either is Gen4). The included M.2 ssd does not support smart features or trim. The motherboard appears to be a Lenovo made B550 but with the bios that matters very little. The good thing is it appears the motherboard appears to be micro atx so a motherboard swap will be possible.

Best bang for your buck. With hightened gpu prices I decided that going with a prebuilt would be my best option, and the performance I have gotten from this pc has exceeded my expectations. I will say the only issue I'm having is crashing, but that's due to due windows 11.

Love this machine. I did add another 32G RAM. That made the computer so smooth. I have 3 monitors, usually have 20 or more Chrome tabs open plus excel all while doing video meetings. After adding the extra RAM this computer has not missed at all. Very fast.

Computer is great! Can handle everything I’ve thrown at it. The cooling is adequate for heavy gaming. Case lighting is a nice touch, along with the glass side panel. It’s a pretty good looking computer. The only downside as others have mentioned is there is something wonky with the wifi driver. If you shut off the computer you have to reset the network adapter card, restart the computer for it to work. My quick fix solution has been instead of shutting off the computer I just put it in hibernation mode and when it turns on the wifi still works. I’ve tried updating the firmware but that hasn’t fixed the issue. I’ll probably eventually contact Lenovo for a solution but for now this works fine. If the computer is in stock at your local Best Buy and you’re in need of a mid grade gaming PC I would definitely recommend this for the price!

Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Legion Tower 5 AMD Gaming Desktop Computer. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with WiFi connectivity. Check to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11 on the computer. Then update all BIOS files and drivers up to that latest version of Windows 11. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Legion Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo Legion utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Legion Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Legion Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 11. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Legion Ultimate Support for additional help at: 888-278-9707. Lenovo

Usually prebuilts have a lot of problems due to cheap materials like lack of thermal paste and overheating. I had such a great experience with my Lenovo gaming laptop had for 7-10 years no issues besides outdated hardware so I wanted a desktop. When I first bought it I updated everything software and all drivers, Wi-Fi card was not working every startup had to restart it every time to get it to work. Owned it for bout 3-4 months the computer beeps on startup failure to boot up properly sent it back under 1 year manufacture warranty it was diagnosed bad motherboard and bad CPU so far I’m not really impressed to many issues within short time period will update review waiting for repairs currently.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Legion Tower 5 AMD Gaming Desktop, model number 90RB001LUS. This model ships with the latest Intel WiFi-6, 22260, Wireless,CMB,IN,22260 vPro Wireless LAN adapter, Lenovo Part Number - 02HK704 and the AMD Ryzen 7 5700G 3.8GHz/8C/16M 65W PROCESSOR - Lenovo Part Number - 5SA0U56286, attached to an AMD Systemboard - E AB550 DDR4 DIMMx4 AVE MP MB, WIN DPK SYSTEM BOARD, Lenovo Part Number - 5B20W27654. Here is a link to the complete parts list for this model configuration:  https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/desktops-and-all-in-ones/legion-series/legion-t5-26amr5/90rb/90rb001lus/parts/display/model. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 11. This would include any legacy software/games you have installed from an old computer. Additionally, there is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. Here is a link to instructions for uninstalling McAfee from a Windows computer:  https://service.mcafee.com/?articleId=TS101331&page=shell&shell=article-view You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of your Windows 11 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Legion Ultimate Care for additional help at: 888-278-9707. Lenovo

A little over a year, and the computer won't boot. I've read online and multiple users report the same. The motherboards in these computers crap out a year or two in. "Failed to initialize library", a common issue that they aren't fixing. Very frustrating. Defintitely don't buy from this company.

I'm not a game player. It was nearing time to replace my desktop and I was intrigued by the latest version of Flight Simulator. I decided I'd get a machine that would let me get my work one and use FS too. That meant a dedicated graphics card, something that none of my desktops have had for years. After not too much research, I settled on this Lenovo. Not knowing what to expect, I first used FS with the monitor I had. a Lenovo with max resolution of 1920 by 1080. Using FS, I felt that the machine was not working very hard at all so I bought a new Samsung 3840 x 2160 (60 fps) monitor. FS is awesome at that resolution. It came with a free trial of Xbox Live. I tried a few of those games and my opinion of computer gaming has not changed (boring and a waste of time) so I can't comment on anything but FS. With those annoying colored lights on the fans switched off, this computer is perfect for what I want to do.
