computer is great. I have been extremely satisfied as it has performed every game and video editing program I have thrown at it. reason I subtracted a star is because it had to be sent in to lenovo so they could replace one of the hard drives and the motherboard. it kept getting a black screen when starting up because of a windows boot error. luckily it is under a free full factory warranty.

After talking to Best Buy rep we decided to go with this Lenovo with AMD vs Intel. Helped son download Steam games, he said “dad can you help load them games and set them up….” “Where are you going?” “I’m going to get a snack while they load…” “they’re already loaded and ready to go.” HUGE improvement over his 2016 vintage “gamer” computer

What is the wattage on the power supply? And is that something you can upgrade?

I wish i could say this was a good experience. 1st, i bought a brand new PC, factory sealed. This was not a renewed or refurbished pc. I take it out of the box, start it up and it already has a user account on it with a password. I don't blame best buy for this, they have no idea what's in a factory sealed box. So, I had to reset windows, removing all user files which took hours. I let it do its thing and came back after about 5 hours and it started up just like a brand new pc should..... however now it has windows 11. It automatically did this since the first time i started it up, it was windows 10.. but even after this, i could live with it. Until we get the the wifi issue. I have tried doing the steps Lenovo posted in other customers reviews, but it doesn't find any issues so the wifi issues persists..... lenovo did an excellent job with the case and air flow design, the components are great, i just wish i didn't have to uninstall the wifi adapter and reboot at least twice a day

Bought Feb 22' and started experiencing issues in Oct 23' Dual booted linux onto the machine. Now on startup, immediately goes into sleep mode and won't enter BIOS. Did everything to diagnose and troubleshoot. Pretty disappointed, since I felt like I splurged on a good machine. Shamed that Bestbuy allows a poor build like this and leaves the customer holding the bag.

The computer started fast, right after start up it updated to windows 11 and that same first night my ethernet stopped working while playing ffxiv. I gave it the benefit of the doubt because a windows 11 update had just been downloaded and required to be installed. I restarted and the ethernet started working again. The next day while shopping on amazon the computer froze and self restarted. It did not returned an error it just froze. After the restart it did not do it again. I did saw there were two pending firmware updates so updated. after I did that The RGB lights controller in the lenovo vantage app stopped working. No matter what I did they didnt change color until I restarted. The day after that I turned the computer for work and guess what, The RGB lights stopped working once again, this time they wouldnt even turn off! I had to once again restart and they started working again. I decided to exchange the system in case there was something faulty with my product. I will update my review once I exchange the system.

This PC is amazing! I been playing it everyday since I got it. runs every games at pretty much maxed out settings everything set to ultra. One thing that sucks is that I can't get red dead redemption 2 to boot on my computer. Other than that I love this computer. would highly recommend!!! 5 stars from me.

Great so far, upgraded memory and ram easily. Expensive though

I bought this product for my son and he absolutely loves his pc…

Case temps from what I have monitored dont even reach above 53 degrees... GPU stays at a constant 50-52 and is a dual fan RTX 3060.... CPU Stays at a great temp and the overall cooling of this pc is phenomenol to say the least.... Runs Destiny 2 at max graphics at 60 fps avg and its smooth with no delays and I am running it on a MSI 27” curved monitor with a 165 HZ refresh rate at 1ms.... Fans dont even make a sound at all and overall im very happy with this pre-built.... And most pre-builts are complete garbage.... Def worth the expense...
