I brought this a little over a month ago & you would think with the specs that it has, it would be a lot faster. From right out of the box, it was lagging when opening apps. Before I started adding my apps, I noticed whenever I clicked on an app, it was like a 3 to 5 second delay before the app would load & open, not immediately like my other Lenovo computer does, which is 2 years older, with lower specs than this one. I don't get it. It shouldn't be like this. I guess it's too late for me to return it. It's a nice computer, but because of the lagging of apps, I have to give it 2 stars
