It's okay. Got it for my wife. Didn't realize it doesn't come with a CD drive. Gave away the keyboard; it's pretty bad. We needed a basic Win 11 machine, and this is what it is. it's okay for what it is.

I bought this refurbished computer from Best Buy SJ computers when it arrived it could not maintain a wireless signal to my router and it kept repeatedly wanting to restart I bought this one March the 11th 2026 and it is now March 27th of 2026 and they told me that they do not have a replacement for my computer but I could upgrade for an additional cost well I asked him for a price list of what upgrades they were talking about having to be done to a computer that was supposed to have been refurbished and sent out for sale now I can't get a response from the company and I have yet to use my computer even if they send it back to me my return window to best buy is closed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
