The tab even though its open box comes in a good condition and is working great.the only thing i am disappointed with is that there was no box given, it was handed over in a ziplock bag.

We bought this for our son in April. He is an avid gamer and used it primarily for its media purposes. Two months after we bought it, the tablet kept notifying us that the battery was overheating and it would shut down. We could not even access one application without this happening. Lenovo warranty service was great the first time. We sent it in and the tablet was back in two weeks. Fantastic! Within a week, the charging microUSB port was loose. The tablet would not charge. We called Lenovo warranty again. We sent it back again. This time the tablet was gone for a solid month. The parts were on backorder (according to Lenovo). Within two days of getting it back, the tablet was notifing us that the battery was overheating and it needed to shut down. We called Lenovo warranty support to have the unit replaced (not fixed!) and were told we would have a Customer Service Advocate call us within three days. We will see what happens. I would not recommend this product for anyone. Ever.

i use it less than one year， but it just suddenly turn off by itself and can't even turn on again. also for the most of the time, i only used it for reading eBook. so there is no game no other things on there. and it still broken.
