HD is too noisy. I opened the case, it was dusty inside. The metal where the front fan of the case is has corrosion on it. I slaved my HD out of my old machine just to get into out. Currently not using machine. Will not buy refurbished from Best Buy again.

I accidentally ordered two of the refurnished Lenovo computer but this was the one I wanted. I did not use the Geek Squad to set up this CPU. I returned the other and had no difficulties doing so. I did and I am not a trained IT person, but its simple. Easy to setup and install my prgrams and of course using the high speed USB port, I was able to download information from external drives onto this computer. I really don't care for the virtual assistance that comes it seems with all computers, but I by-passed that and continued on. Have no regrets. My only con is that it doesn't have a Display than change the size of menu fonts but that may be because the operating system is pro and not home edition. But very well pleased and does require a password to access which is good so that just anybody can't access/us the computer while you are away. It fires up real quick. I have a Lenovo tower downstairs and well pleased with that system. That has the home edition. Also, I was able to access The lenovo web site and get program updates with no issues for this computer. So far, so good. have a HP Duplex printer and a scanner plugged into it. Use Mifi for internet access. Loaded the software and moved on. It comes with a keyboard and a mouse. Use the mouse and keyboard from the old CPU unit it replaced and moved on. The product key comes on a paper and the unit itself is strictly seal in plastic and the key will be located on top of the unit, protected. Need to activate.. Or for free the geek squad will do it for you.

Refurb was in good condition. I have noticed that BestBuy sandbags on the projected delivery. All the products I have ordered recently have had a very long (7-10 day) projected delivery date, but then come within 3-4 days.

We have only had the computer installed for a few weeks but have been very happy with the performance. As said in the summary, "so far, so good"! Had a bit of trouble with the keyboard but got a quick response when calling to question (they will ship a new one if this one gives out)! We have friends that have had very good luck with Lenovo and they thought this was a great buy - so here we are!!!

Before i could install Norton the first 15 minutes...computer was attacked. Immediately got Norton on the line. All was well within 20 minutes. NO problems since..GREAT computer. I would recommend to anyone.

It does everything I need and better. Boots up in less than a minute, has an auto-save feature, and (so far) hasn't frozen once.

I bought this computer because my current one had only 2GB and was very slow. This has 8GB and fast. I am glad BB still sells Windows 7 64-bit computers.

Back of the case was damaged around the ports. Tech installing the computer said this could cause problems. Mouse did not work.

I received my computer more quickly than scheduled. I had it loaded and ready to go in no time. I have had NO issues with it, it has fulfilled my needs and wants in a computer very well. I hope to have it a long time!

Computer looks and performs great! There is only one problem! There is a grinding noise coming from the CD-RW Drive, if not then near it. The grinding noise comes and goes but it sounds like the computer is about to break. Other than that I rate it 4/5 stars!

I got a refurbished one (same model) from Amazon before but get a Window 10 Pro problem and even the amazon online technician can not help me to solve it. This one has Window 10 Pro too and I also have a problem to downloading software from internet at the beginning. I call Joysystems and they ask me Do Not Use the Microsoft Edger browser and solve this problem in a minute. I like it.
