I was looking for a laptop for my brother who claims to be a photographer and was looking for something with a decent amount of memory, disk space and affordable, which is quite hard to do. I think it was around $375.00. I decided to keep it for myself and have been very please with the performance. I'm usually not a fan of touch-screen but can see the appeal if one was using it to edit pictures. For what I use it for it is much more of a machine than I need but with the price I couldn't really pass it up. Everything works as it should, runs multiple apps or programs with ease. I have no complaints at all..

Sturdy and fast, decent GPU for the $. A very good midrange value. Hardware detects instantly with Windows 10, no driver downloads necessary even with Win 10 reinstall. Cons; No built-in ethernet port. USB-C port is USB 3.0 not USB 3.1 compliant. (lesser bandwidth fewer devices). Not a true performance gaming laptop, but for the price you can't expect one.

I find that this is great. The screen has a really crisp picture, it's fast, and quiet. I really like the battery modes from lenovo, as battery life tends to be one of the first things to go on a laptop in my experience. If I had to have one con, I feel like the screen doesn't get particularly bright, even on the highest setting. I would like to see things a little brighter. Overall, though, a great computer for the price. If you want something light for everyday use with good speed and picture, this is a good one to consider.

Good computer but rare power cord input

My complaint is what happened after a mistake I made. I left the powercord behind so I needed to buy a new one. I went to 3 Best Buys in another state and I was unable to find an attachment that fit. None of the universal sets had an attachment for it. One reason I buy from Best Buy isbecause it is a national chain. By the way, I bought the attachment at Battery Plus.

Good Computer, Microsoft not so much

I had to go through different reset options for over 3.5 hours before wiping and reformatting the Hard Drive. Good quality computer though and great price for the level of hardware specs

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty with the initial activation of Windows 10. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686
