Switched from a macbook and I will never go back. Arrived in good shape, minor cosmetic issues but that was reported prior to purchase. WindowsOS sucks and is just one big ad/spyware so I would recommend getting a new OS on it. At the very least run Firefox as your browser and mess with the privacy settings some.
